1 ★ Crashed 5 out of 5 times on me after entering my medical history, information about my injury, and other tedious info. All data is lost when this happens, and you need to start at the beginning and re-enter everything. This app is unusable - and there's zero support. I'm surprised it even has 3 stars. Any 5 star ratings are most likely from the company itself.
5 ★ This app is great. The functionality of it is seamless. I recieved a return message from the doctor in less than 24 hours. This app is easy to use, and I must admit... if you have something that feels uncomfortable or embarrassing, it is so easy to express concerns via texting. Great app. ♥️♥️♥️
5 ★ Very Practical saves a lot of time. And you can actually connect Directly with the doctor not someone pretending to pass his words along. My Doctor is a 2hr drive this app allows me to not have to make that drive unless its nessacary. Brilliant concept and a blessing to people with people that have Chronoc issues and cant drive easily or every day.
3 ★ The app worked very well when I tested it early in the morning before my scheduled virtual visit with my doctor. But, when it was time for my visit the app failed apparently due to a high traffic volume. My doctor and I ended up having to meet via a phone call.
1 ★ App has not worked on two phones. When I've attemped to use the app, I can see and hear the doctor's office personel but they could not see or hear me. Each time I've had to log in via computer. Please fix! The android app is useless!!!
1 ★ this app has horrible stability! it's a medical app for crying out loud, it shouldn't be crashing every time I open it! yes, I am at the latest version, yes I've tried force stopping and restarting, yes I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. complete garbage.
3 ★ I initiated the installation from my lap top and was told it would install on both my laptop and mobile phone. It did install successfully on my phone but i don't see it on my laptop. Also when it came to entering my birth date it defaulted to a date in 1979. I had to tap it back one month at a time to Dec 1940. No faster way to do it
1 ★ Add a virtual appointment set up and it never happened No instruction No Nothing!
1 ★ Installed on Samsung tab A. Cannot use video visit. Received notification from dr. and clicked on start visit. The app closes. This is very frustrating as the doctor it's only doing video visits due to the coronavirus. The doctor said that iPads are having no problems. Please look into why android has a problem.
3 ★ It's a great app. I take away one star for lack of fingerprint log in. I take away the 2nd star because the push notifications aren't great. I missed an important message from my doc for 2 days. There was no notification from the app that I had a message.
1 ★ I could not connect with my NP. YOU NEED TO BE MORE SPECIFIC ABOUT THE INSTRUCTIONS. Does the app need to be open to work? On my android I kept getting the msg "not connected". On my laptop, theres no icon. Under new request, i should be able to customized my request not be lumped into a category.
1 ★ My app has been down for over two months. Both my doctor and I have tried EVERYTHING that WE possibly can to troubleshoot the problem to no avail. We have also sent in SEVERAL messages but have failed to receive ANY RESPONSE. COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED!!!!!

1 ★ App does not recognize medical ID from Medicare. It insists on demanding last four of SS#. Poor planing by developers.
1 ★ Was told NO NEED FOR APP. JUST TO CLICK ON THE LINK FROM DRS OFFICE.. WELL THAT IS A LIE.. SO IM NOW WAITING FOR NEXT APPOINTMENT FOR THIS APP I HAVE SERIOUS DOUBTS IT WILL WORK..
