4 ★ Continually crashes; re-installs don't remedy the matter. Does a capable job of emulating the website experience.

4 ★ the app works really well and makes the entire shopping experience easy. Finding new shops via the app is a breeze, filling out the surveys with pictures is a snap. Overall, I think the app is great. The only reason I have it rated 4/5 is that the log on process is tedious. The app doesn't remember log in details or make it easy to sign in woth biometrics. It also has a short time out whoxh logs you out after a certain time period. It also takes a while to start up after the app times out.

4 ★ Excellent mystery shopping app. However, the CPI doesn't pull up, so it's hard to see what all you're supposed to do.

1 ★ The app doesn't download much of the info in a timely manner, it lags regularly, there's not much to look at and some items are difficult to access. I use the website regularly because this is a little more of a pain than it's worth.

5 ★ It's a great app only thing is you can not see the Contractor Payment Information (CPI) but it let's u sign it

3 ★ It is so hard to do shop in the app. When I'm writing, sometimes it wont let me go to the end of the writing, it goes up, and then I can't continue typing because the keyboard will come up and wont let me see where to continue with the writing. Also date, but figured that one. I have to go to the website and finish answering the check out time and yo continue with the writing.

2 ★ The ability to find shops is decent. But that's about it. This app needs a lot of development to be really beneficial. A couple suggestions: -Keep the user signed in, or at least have the ability to use a PIN instead of full password. Apps that you have to sign into each time are extremely annoying and inconvenient. -Integrate the ability for shoppers to fill out the review paperwork and upload pictures/documents. -Make the app fully integrated so clients and shoppers can fully operate from the app without having to go to the website.

4 ★ Confusing at first (linking pics/receipts). It sometimes quits in the middle of reporting a shop. This is ok though because the information saves as it is entered (except for digital screen question). It is sometimes hard to find a specific section when doing the final review. I love being able to enter information on site!

4 ★ The app works ok so far but I have been unable to log in to my account on their website for 2 days now, I've reset my password but still no luck! I completed my first assignment today through the app successfully but I can't log in to my account on their website to get more shops or see the status of my completed shop. I've emailed help desk twice with no response, very frustrated.

1 ★ It is claiming my login info is incorrect. When in fact I know that it is NOT incorrect. I can log into my accounts with my laptop, but NOT this app. I'm very frustrated to say the least!! Also don't bother contacting anyone with your concerns. It's been over two weeks since I contacted them, not a single person could be bothered to try and fix the issue. If I could rate zero stars I would.

5 ★ If you're looking to make some extra money, this is perfect! Some of the shops are definitely more time consuming than others, but they're very straightforward and easy to follow the instructions. Be careful not to cancel too many times, as they will lock your account. Otherwise, it's a great extra money maker.

1 ★ I've been working via Eyes on App since September 2015 and the quantity of work has always been fluid. I was making l decent money for it to have been part-time flexible work. The gigs on this app used to pay more, now it's like it costs more to drive yourself and perform the audit described. Doesn't make much sense to book yourself on a an audit if you cannot make at least $20. I noticed the decline in rate as of mid 2018. Try at your own risk, but the rates are TRASH now versus 5 years ago!

3 ★ The app is useful to sign up for job assignments but it lacks any filters and the jobs are listed completely random. There is no way of locating a specific job that you signed up for unless you search through all of your past and current job assignments. This is really frustrating if you take on many jobs.

3 ★ It's not the most user friendly. There's no way to sort available jobs, even by miles from location. Quite a few jobs are mislabeled when you're in map mode, for ex: you click on an icon for a service job but the job description is for a Sonic drive in shop. The most annoying aspect is entering an assignment once completed. The pages are split into categories, sometimes 20+, and it takes forever to load from page to page even with the best wifi coverage. The app itself is a real hindrance.

3 ★ Great app to make extra money with. It allows you to see jobs that are coming up days ahead of time and reserve them. The pay is great compared to some apps. The major problem with the app is that I can't input info into the app. I have to open the projects in my web browser to fill them in.
