· Keep a training diary of workouts and hobbies, take various tests and get recommendations for training programs.
· Log activities manually or sync data with Apple Health or other devices or apps (eg Garmin, Fitbit, Polar, Suunot and more).
· The app also has GPS for tracking the duration, distance and speed of workouts.

· Take part in various defense missions and challenges that challenge your unit and improve team spirit.
