Description
This is my first Android app. Basically I want to replicate the grid-style photo widget from HTC so it can be used by other phones or in AOSP ROM.
I developed the widget and tested it on my HTC Incredible S. If you're interested, please install it in other phones of different brand and screen size. If you encounter any issues, please feel free to report here or give me a PM. Or if you have any request for new features, I'll also consider in future versions.

Permissions
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE - store thumbnails for grid view to improve performance
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE - read thumbnails for grid view
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED - restart services for auto refresh and register alarm manager for slideshow
WAKE_LOCK - keep phone awake during background thumbnail generation
VIBRATE - vibrate when thumbnail is selected

Photo Frame&Grid Widget 2.90 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows access to the vibrator.

1 ★ Useless without recursion. Not worth it when you have to manually go though hundreds of folders to select them rather than simply selecting the main folder and having it auto select all subfolders

5 ★ I really like this widget, and it runs great on newer high powered phones. Would love to see an updated version with thumb nail sizes to match new hi red displays.

4 ★ Love it but I'm only giving it 4 stars because it seems like it lags my phone a bit. I am using the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Ever since I got this app, I sometimes get the error message that my UI or Touchwiz stopped responding and have to force close. Other than that, it's perfect, easy to use and customizable. Great app.
