1 ★ Rubbish, worked fine for a few days then froze wiped all my steps off, the band is totally inaccurate over 4000 steps more than my Samsung. On times syncing with WiFi wipes all the band data off and you have to start again so uninstalling at bin for the band.
1 ★ Unable to sync to the app. Have tried about 5 times uninstalling it and installing it again. Still won't sync. 'timed out, stopped scanning' keeps appearing. I am also unable to connect the device to Bluetooth. If you don't have the app synced, you are unable to change the date and time on the NuBand, which is frustrating. I emailed NuBand and they haven't been helpful at all. Just telling me that it has been tested with my phone model. Very annoying indeed. Probably should have forked out more money for a FitBit. At least they work!
3 ★ An ok app, works reasonably well. Two improvements would help a lot though: 1. the ability to lock a nuband to the app, we've got 2 on our house and it tries to sync to the nearest band which is irritating and can cause data issues. 2. the sleep calculator works on a 12am to 12am basis, so your sleep calculation for the previous day is always half of last night and half of the night before, it's a bit useless really.
5 ★ I have no problem with it, I find it really easy to use and it's great for tracking everything I need including my sleep patterns, it's light and fits perfect on my wrist.
3 ★ it's okay. the physical device itself is great, around 3 weeks between charges. But the app isn't brilliant, font sizes are poor (small) on modern devices with large screens. The general look and feel of the app is childish and not at all in time with typical Android apps, it would benefit from modernising!
5 ★ up to now everuthing works great. No problems syncing. had checked before i bought that blutooth version on fone was compatible with the nuband.. everything so far very accurate and good little device. will update if anything goes wrong bit so far so good. dont know why so many syncing problems?? maybe dis not check compatibility first or other problems....
1 ★ Used to be a really good device and app until recently it stopped working. Won't sync to app. Have uninstalled and installed app at least 6 times and doesn't work. Also emailed 3 weeks ago and have not had a reply back even though their email said they'll aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours
1 ★ I've tried to pair my band to the app since April and still no luck as it keeps on saying 'Timed out. Stop scanning'
1 ★ I Bought my granddaughter the childs nuband but wish i hasn't bothered as no matter how many times i try to sync it to the app it Won't sync so the time is permanently wrong,i know you get what you pay for and wish i had paid more for a better one rather than this cheap rubbish.If your considering buying one then please put your money to better use and purchase something better. Looks like I'm off to get a refund.
5 ★ This Fitbit app is really good and helps you lose weight in the space of 10 days and this app can monitor your overall health and monitor your sleep and helps with any thing you need and controls you food and drink
3 ★ This used to be really good but now it won't let me skynk. I did 12 miles it was conecting then it said complete and wiped the watch steps clean and did not save on my phone 😠😠
2 ★ I'm on my fifth band. Lost the first one because the strap is so easily unfastened just by catching it on clothing or objects. Second one, the wrist strap split longways through the holes - can't get just a strap, so replaced whole thing, free. Third one just stopped working for no obvious reason, so replaced free. Fourth worked ok for 3 months, then went blank - replaced free. Fifth one has worked fine for 9 months, and still records, but suddenly won't sync. Will not have a Nuband again.
1 ★ Won't sync. Bluetooth is on on my phone, I found the stupid symbol on the band which doesn't even look like the Bluetooth symbol but it only scans for about 3 seconds which isn't enough time. Complete waste of money. I'm returning it tomorrow.
