Notepad - Text Editor PRO 10.4 APK requires following permissions:

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows an application to manage access to documents, usually as part of a document picker.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows mounting and unmounting file systems for removable storage.

Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.

Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

2 ★ super annoying! the back button exits the app every time. no way to go back in directory structure.

5 ★ great plain text file editor. the dark themes and line # counts are what set this app apart from the rest... woukd like to see the theme also apply to settings screen. need to allow opening of text files that have unusual, unknown, or no file extension type.

5 ★ This is a nice simple editor which is exactly what I needed. Requires permission to edit my files which is reasonable. It's free at time of writing and I'm grateful to the author for sharing his work with the world.

5 ★ awesome app for plain simple text (.txt) files. i was ao much confused woth different en coding (utf etc) . this app just worksperfectly. only thing we need is the back to folder shortcut ( return to same source folder) and favorite folder ahortcut.

1 ★ Good app but there is no way to store the folder short cut we would like to visit often. everytime you have to browse through 100s of folders to reach the desired place. Too hectic to do that every time. if project storing along with folder state information is stored in the future releases, I will give 5 stars. storing recent files info is useless when you are working on a project with 100 files. thanks.

1 ★ What good is a searchable text editor if, when searching, you have to scroll through the document to find the highlighted result?
