Description
-Easily customize your meal by adding notes and special instructions for the restaurant.
-Follow your driver's delivery progress through emailed status alerts.
-Safely store credit card information in order to speed up the payment process.
Locally owned and operated, GrubSouth opened in the "Rocket City" in 2012. Starting with only 9 restaurants we now partner with over 100 restaurant establishments and are continuously adding more to the list.
App permissions

2 ★ Mediocre compared to other delivery apps in my opinion. They charge extra for all food items a $4-$6 delivery fee, then after tip you're looking at nearly doubling the cost for a party of 2. Not worth $>10 to get it delivered, and most other apps won't charge you near as much. They sometimes run promotions, but it's usually for a few hours and it's a single local restaurant in South HSV. The only pro to this app is that they deliver further out than most other apps will. I don't recommend this
1 ★ it will not load anything on the app. I used it a lot, but now I have to go through the website to order.
5 ★ Nice app but one major flaw. There is no way to follow up with them if your order is wrong. Make the driver stay until you have checked your order!

1 ★ Only received part of my order. Food didnt come fresh it was cold and nasty. App is difficult to use!

2 ★ I would use this if it wasn't for the bs $15 order limit. Even $10 would be fine. Until the. This is only viable for group orders.... Hopefully a competitor comes on with lower order limits and fills this void.

2 ★ No confirmation of location or delivery time after ordering on the app or website. The receipt only shows food ordered and price paid.
1 ★ I ordered food at 7 o'clock. Said it would take 2.5 hours due to the demand. We have some "weather" that was supposed to come through tonight that didn't. I knew it would take a while. However, an hour and a half AFTER I place my order they call me to cancel it because they can't keep up with demand. My refund will take 3-5 business days. How could they have not known sooner they wouldn't be able to do my order so I could make a plan B. I'm livid and will not use grub south again.
2 ★ two starts because the customer service guy was nice. I ordered my food at 6:30 at 7:40 the driver left the restaurant. I only live 3 miles from the location. it takes me 4 minutes to drive. 8:50 and my foods still not there. one hour and thirty minutes after the driver left I reach out. the driver got to my location could not reach me at my phone and left. there was no email sent to me. CS said I'd get a refund. its 9 I'm hungry and with no food.
2 ★ delivery is okay, but they forget to double check that everything is in the bag half the time. and now you need to worry about if the driver is going to "sample" your food before it gets to you. doordash had one of it delivery drivers caught on video taking a drink from the very order he was delivering. disgusting 🤮 what are you doing to ensure this wont happen to your customers?

4 ★ Delivery time seems a little slow as when we've ordered the driver had to come from Huntsville. Other than that we've been pleased.
1 ★ I'm in the delivery area but they refuse to deliver to me. I'm in that last few miles. I think they are lazy! they suck
