2 ★ Terrible app. It will have you offline & don't alert you. Then you call grubhub for help & they can barely speak your language. You accept an order & get to the restaurant to pick it up only to find out another driver picked it up. You don't receive any compensation for your time. I'm really thinking about leaving grubhub alone & going to another pick up service. There's no customer service for drivers. Oh & it seem that the pay is getting less while the orders are getting bigger.
4 ★ Thank you for the discrimination button dudes. People are nuts. Please make it away so we can see where the guest drop off is a little bit better. I don't care about the exact street as to where the guest is, but the map is very misleading the way it is now. Also, not for nothing, I've had many customer service representatives in my life, and y'all have the worst ones. Just because they tend not to listen to what you're saying. Overall, I make my money and I appreciate it.
2 ★ i've only been delivering since january, but this app has quickly devolved from just slow to a freezing mess, yet forces you to update to their newest glacier. i can't access the delivery address or the nav without it freezing first. if the money saved by "compensating" us only $1.50 would go toward making this app useful it'd be worth it. pay somebody since it isn't us
1 ★ This company is not what it used to be. It's awful to work for them now. About every 3rd order there is a serious problem that you will need to fix If you work with them. I have had both customers and restaurant owners complain to me about the grubhub platform. I have personally seen countless restaurants drop them, Because of the problems they cause. I really do hope they fix these issues because I used to enjoy working with grubhub.
1 ★ New Long Island/NYC pay structure has drastically changed. You'd think they are purposely sending you up to 10 miles away for pick ups. Routing is terrible. Many of us have done this since before Covid and the New York Committee of Drivers out here are giving it a little more time until we have to switch over to DoorDash or UberEats full time. Get it together Grubhub before it's to late in our market. Your competitors are offering amazing incentives to switch.
1 ★ I agree with pretty much everyone here. I have no clue how this app is ranked above 2.5 while not functioning. I am available all day logged in and always emails about my location and numerous times my blocks get taken due to this apps inability to see anything. How you can run a business that way is beyond me. And yet I am penalized for blocks I am logged in for and told I'm not. Its beyond crazy and enough to make you just work with another company that can at least acknowledge app issues
1 ★ Lately, it constantly tells me it cannot locate my location, which is odd because I sit in the same spot waiting to get an offer. Whatever "update" y'all made on this app, please undo it! It was working just fine for me the past year up until recently.
4 ★ Update: they fixed most of the issues. Constantly crashes, hard to be efficient as a driver and app says i missed offers when app crashes when trying to view. Seems they should be able to fix. Couldnt work this shift. Update they fixed the crashing that kept us from working, but the app still crashes constantly throughout the shift, it does relaunch and i can continue to work, but it really does need attention. I love grubhubing though, in spite of the annoying glitches. Has gotten much better.
1 ★ Don't buy yourself a new phone it's impossible to log back in to your account. I've tried unsuccessfully for 2 hours, called driver care (which is a joke all on its own) and was told there's nothing they can do try again later. This app is trash and GrubHub clearly doesn't care about their drivers either. If I could give negative stars I would.
3 ★ Having issues with the new update app not recognizing my email when I log in. Tried connecting on phone data, tried connecting on Wi-Fi neither worked but when I turned the Wi-Fi off and tried to log in before the phone data came back it let me log in as normal so I'm not sure if that opened up a loophole for those who may need this. To be more specific when I logged in the top of the screen said it looks like you're offline and loaded the old apps home screen it did not look like the new home.
3 ★ Pay for pickup to delivery location could be more. Also a quick update button to let grubhub know there is a delay die to traffic or resturant not having order ready without having to chat with someone each time would be a great feature. It would also be great when we travel to be able to work in other regions with ease or to temporarily switch regions locations when needed.
1 ★ I can no longer log into the app even though I'm using the right password and email. It simply says I'm not using the right email and password. And driver support is so non-existent that no one ever hels you and your emails get nothing but form responses. The way drivers are treated is like scum and unless somebody contacts me immediately after this revie I'm going to sue them. this is degenerate scumbag behavior to not fix a problem when someone can't log into their job
1 ★ So were to start. Lets just say you work your way up to primer. They will do anything to make your life hell. Doesnt matter what your level is when they send to the worst restrants and give you the wrong adresses. There service used to be good and used to be worth working for. One 3 hour night with door dash and i have made more than a week with this place. Take my advice keep scrolling this place is not a good delevery app to work for. Update drove again a year later now they are just frauds
2 ★ When you get an offer to a restaurant, the address that grubhub provides you with will sometimes take you to a completely different area where the restaurant you're supposed to go to is nowhere even near. I've had to manually type in the address of the restaurant on Google maps because I've been directed to the wrong address thus wasting not just my time, but my gas!
2 ★ Iv had this app for over 2 years no issues until now. I keep getting a message stating they can't find my location although everything is turned on. Iv call about the issue and iv done everything they've ask. But yet im still getting the message it will send message serval time then turn my status to not accepting orders.
