3 ★ The function that should suggest Recipes based on the ingredients I listed I have DOES NOT provide any results event hough I've carefully insert 140 ingredients. The search bar does not work correctly either, it returns various unrelated results. A great plus, I've tested recipes in Portuguese , Spanish and French and I it seems I found the same recipes, no loss for being on a given language. Would be good to be able to add my own recipes on the app...
5 ★ I love this app, it's simple and works beautifully. I love the detail of adding ingredients to your groceries list, being able to make notes and organize recipes into folders. Super easy. I only wish I had a way to access recipes in other languages as well, or to translate them...
4 ★ The machine is great. And the app too!You'll have tons of recipes to make from scratch to end. And also it will help doing any step for other recipes or even Thermomix recipes too. I recommend to always read the comments on the recipes and you'll get an idea in case a recipe has some inputs or steps needed to make the perfect dish.
1 ★ Everytime I need to use the application I have to uninstall it and install back again because after the first use I get nothing in the application. No recepes when I search and no suggestions at all. I even tried to use another account and still have the same problem. The application do not shoe any result at all so I have to uninstall and install it back in order to be able to use it once. The second day I will have the same problem and the only solution is to reinstall it again.
5 ★ The app doesn't start. It says that the app failed to launch and to check internet. I downloaded it 3 times and it doesn't work. I already contact the support by email scams had no response. I have an Huawei Honor7 with Android 6. UPDATE: After this comment, the support contacted me, and the problem was solved the app is working and it's really useful. Thanks
3 ★ When choosing ingredients from the fridge, if you minimize the screen, you lose everything! It is not possible to create a weekly or monthly schedule, let alone a total shopping list based on different recipes.
4 ★ app will not launch, always gives the error: check internet connection and try again. edit: my S8+ OS is Android Pie (9). second edit: app is now running normally. very useful!.
1 ★ We bought the product in France but we live in Switzerland. We only speak English and the app doesn't support English. This is very poor service when you spend 1300 Euros. Disappointing!!!!
4 ★ App doesn't start. Gives error everytime saying check internet connection and try again. This is on a Xiaomi Mi A1 and fire HD 10 (2017) Edit: problems solved after contacting support.
2 ★ Please add support to have multiple languages at the same time. Portuguese has half the recipes compared to Spanish, would be nice to have more recipes.
1 ★ Do you know there are foreigners living in France? I bought the device in France..but I do speak English why the default setting in France is only French..it should automatically match the language of the phone settings.

1 ★ We were considering buying the I companion but now are not sure if we want to. It's sad to know that the app does not support english language and we do understand french or other european language
