1 ★ Why can't I just have my ticket in the email confirmation, or on the website when I log into my account? I don't want or need another stupid app. There was no mention of this until after the ticket booked and the money came out. What if I didn't have the data for this? Who does this help? This system is terrible.

1 ★ Bought ticket on the app but tickets don't load, ended up missing my train getting a note from the ticket desk to get through the barriers. Now I have to call the helpline to get this sorted, so much for being quick and easy

1 ★ If you use Paper tickets- don't bother. Only offers option to buy via smart card and unable to collect at station. Well done with the upgrade to the App! You can still collect at station via other Apps. I used South Eastern. Looks competent enough.

1 ★ Download gets stuck at 96% each time so I can't log in an access my tickets. Wonderful.

2 ★ All you need this thing to do is book tickets and load them to your smartcard. It can't even do that properly. And then it's also full of rubbish and the layout is terrible. Absolute rubbish.

1 ★ Used to use this app all the time. Now does not download ticket purchases. This is a fare to dodge

1 ★ Useless. Spent over £80 and the tickets won't download to the app. Customer services were not able to offer anything other than 'uninstall and reinstall' app advice. That was the best I got from them after three phone calls. No offer of refund or paper ticket. Utterly useless. Easily the worst customer services I have encountered for a very long time. I now have to go through a complaints procedure, possibly to the ombudsman to attempt to get my money back. Avoid this app.

1 ★ I downloaded this with a view to using it with a new smartcard ticket, but upon reading the reviews it appears as if it's too unreliable. I need train tickets to just work, so I'll be sticking to paper GA. And when I did try to buy a season ticket in the app it just redirects you to the web site and prompts you to sign in! What's the point of this app??? Do you ever test these things?! And it says tickets available in 2 hours, then you buy one and it says it'll be available in 4 hours! Useless

1 ★ Awful awful app, aside from all the login difficulties others have spoken about the ticket makes it possible to active the wrong leg of the journey first. If you're unlucky enough to do this before their support services are open you'll just have to spend 2x the money. The support lines are very inconsistent as well with one person saying x and another saying y. It's definitely faster and safer just to stick with paper.

1 ★ Has never worked for buying a ticket on smartcard. You get stuck on a white screen when you choose the smartcard option. Recently you just get stuck on a white screen every time you try to buy a ticket, when you try to view ticket search results. Yes, buying tickets is broken... I don't usually leave one star reviews, especially for bugs, but I emailed the developers and no reply whatsoever, and the smartcard ticketing has been broken for over a year, so I think at this point it's deserved.

1 ★ Terrible app lost money, do NOT use.Tickets would not open in my app. I call customer service and they say I have to speak to the technical department. I ask that they transfer me, but they can't. Technical department very difficult to understand - after lengthy phone call they advised they could not solve the problem with the app and advised I speak to station staff. Station staff say they can:t help with any App issues but acknowledge it is problematic! I have to buy paper ticket, money lost

3 ★ Needed my online tickets for a trip to and from Cambridge, online tickets worked for the first half, but after activating the return the app wouldn't let me open the ticket on my device. Luckily I managed to get a note from the rail office that allowed me to get to my destination. Will return to physical tickets for the time being.

3 ★ It's a good app but it resets itself when you keep it open in the background. Open a ticket to get through barrier and you want to keep the barcode on screen for the conductor but turn phone back on and it resets the app and you have go find the ticket again. Also the ticket wallet should be linked from the front page, not buried on the menu.
