2 ★ The app is often not working and you are never notified when it is back up. Very difficult and bureaucratic procedure to claim points that were not credited.

4 ★ Was hoping that they also had an option to redeem the points in the same partners. This addition would make the app perfect!

1 ★ I've got an email from Emirates suggested me to download this app, I was so happy thinking that I can earn some point from day to day life, after I downloaded the app only realised this app is for Dubai only!
1 ★ Unfortunately nothing in Jeddah KSA. Nearest outlet to earn miles in around 1500 KM. So useless app for people out of UAE. Not Global. Emirates flights are global but this app is not. I have uninstalled the app.
