2 ★ Impossible edit "meausrements". Impossible to search sold listings. Some times when you edit the listing it not download the "shipping section" so you cant save your listing because of this. Also when you are quiting of edit listing there is no warning even if pics uploaded and description is wrote, when you accidentally tap back button you just lost all. Updated JUL 20! JUL 20 DUDE!
2 ★ I love Grailed, but my the app suffers from too many stability issues. Frequent crashes and long load times plague the otherwise great shopping experience. If you want to shop Grailed I recommend using the website.
2 ★ The application itself is very bad, as a seller it seems the app is incomplete as a seller it forwards you to the website for most things you need to do. Its missing many features. The experience as a seller is better but I can imagine of sellers have difficulties this may cause problems for buyers.
1 ★ Various buggy issues from uploading photos as a seller to grailed cancelling paypal transactions when I have no issue with other merchants AND its their only method of protected payment... This app stresses me out. This app does not deserve 4.5... More like a 2...
4 ★ Update!! I never heard from customer service, but I tried logging into my account and I was able to get on this time. Hopefully, this lasts. 🙏
2 ★ Can y'all fix the error issues. I try to save some of the pieces I want to buy but something simple as clicking a button doesn't seem to work. When I try to log in I keep getting errors as well.
5 ★ I used to love this app, used it for about a month, made several purchases but now the app wont open, and keeps giving me error message "error 403". I cant even go see my purchases or tracking numbers. I should've screenshot them....
2 ★ Always tries to force close whenever I open it & it takes like 3 minutes to open up the For You page & then once it finally does it's another attempt at force closing once I click on a brand... I've made a lot of purchases using the app and the website is good but this app is just lacking and has been for the last year
1 ★ Software is horrible for Android and has always been. Now I'm getting an http 403 error so I can't even log in. It's been like this for 2 months. Can Grailed hurry up and fix this issue?? I need to use the website to buy/sell now and it's very inconvenient.
4 ★ Still waiting on some updates like condition / measurements to hit the app so I dont have to go back and forth between the app and browser version. In app photo cropping feature would be nice. Overall solid platform, been selling on here for 2 years, app has improved a lot over time.
1 ★ The app is dog$#!+. Could even sign in to it using Google or facebook account....Loading screen takes forever and I'm just tired of it. Had it on my phone for 5 mins and was disappointed.
1 ★ Cannot login since 2 months ago. It shows error 403. So many people complain about the same problem. Where the hell are these Grailed technical team?
1 ★ Needs an update asap, keeps lagging and kicking me out of the app and it freezes. Before the latest update the app was working perfectly. Now it's not, Pls fix.
