5 ★ Always on time (make sure you book in advance, not last minute). I only don't like the fact that the driver will not wait for you so long, but that's true, it's like how public shuttle bus works. Great app, great service !!!
1 ★ Useless support. No helpdesk actually. Closing down in 4 days. Don't bother. Pity their shuttle drivers always complained that they're being made slaves to this app. Couldn't get any break and getting ridiculous pickup timing which irate the passengers. Oh yeah no way no remove your credit card once added.
2 ★ on several occasions, credit card has been charged but grab did not turn up. cancellation of rides with immediate rebooking were also not refunded with credits. efforts to contact grab is futile.
5 ★ Another great mode of transportation ! App is easy to use...drivers were right on time and friendly and vehicles used were spotless clean...!!
5 ★ This is a shuttle service that plies only selected towns like punggol, sengkang, hougang, serangoon and changi area. Very affordable prices as compared to Justgrab or grabshare. It would be awesome if other towns such as Bishan and Toa Payoh can be included
5 ★ Covenient app for people who need to travel far for work. The drop off points are limited, it will be best if the shuttle can stop exactly at the desired bus stops.
5 ★ Excellent shuttle service for those who frequently travel within Punggol and Sengkang. Best to book rides in advance to secure the ride at desired time.
5 ★ It's sad that grab has discontinued this service as it had served my large family numerous times. My extended family loves traveling together and we find it difficult to ride separately due to children & aged parents. With the grab shuttle plus, it allowed us to be picked up together so we can help with one another. Family outings are a blast with shuttle plus. Hopefully grab can revive this program again.
1 ★ really bad unable to change credit card details as our c/card is not issued life time. have its expiry correct. no boddy can help and force to take other transport. Boonlay to Jurong Island. super sad with the ASAP apps. (ASAP-As Simple As Possiable)
5 ★ Extremely convenient especially if you already have a fix schedule, you can book 3days in advance. Cost efficient for long journey and if you have more than 1 riders.
3 ★ Lots of issues still there. one of your driver is ultimate worst. i had most wonderful worst experience with your driver. Can't book my planned time. Not frequent. My money also issue. Most of the time the cancelled trip money never go to next trip credential.
3 ★ App is great to use and drivers are patient and friendly. BUT why keep changing pickup location? My kid having trouble searching the new pickup point and is very stressful for parents arranging while we are at work. Ridiculous!
1 ★ SERVICE DISCONTINUED. But app only tells you about it after you install it, register, and try to look up a ride 🤦🏻♂️.
5 ★ Nice app for commuting to camp, especially on days where I have to report early.
