1 ★ The new unified Grab + Grab Food app released in April 2019 has not worked for me. I'm always stuck at 'This is taking longer than expected' message while the app queries the restaurant. This happens for multiple restaurants, during off-peak hours (~3pm). I highly doubt it's the restaurants' fault as I've been ordering fine from them up until this week. Fix your app ASAP. You're losing customers fast. For the moment I'm forced to use another delivery app.

1 ★ One of the worst designed apps I have ever used. There are three different UIs used on the home screen alone, most things have no pictures. Descriptions are often cut off and it is a pain to change or remove items. On top of that sometimes, a majority of the items on a menu will be missing, like only drinks are available. I do not understand how a company can have so much money and spend none of it on their app.

1 ★ Quite a bad first order experience - App showed my postal code but I was unable to make any changes to add my unit number. When I attempted to add another address to include my unit number, the "duplicate" was automatically erased and in the end, I couldn't input my unit number during my order. The categorization of food was also poor - I was unpleasantly surprised to find that there's no sorting of restaurants (by price or wait time). There's also a delivery surcharge that seems to be permanently on - I have been checking for the past few days waiting for the surcharge to be lowered but it seems to be permanent. When compared to other food delivery apps, now that I've finally made my first order on GrabFood, I'd definitely go with the others - Honestbee, Foodpanda, Deliveroo, rather than use GrabFood. Seems like majority of users have the same sentiments as I have too.

4 ★ Overall, the app is good. Improvement required for the payment system. I have a credit card linked and auto top up enabled. However, if the balance is lower than the amount ordered, the order doesn't go through. I need to top up manually first before I can order. This means switching back and forth between the main Grab and Grab Food app a few times. Also, my order has been confirmed and then cancelled and money refunded within a few minutes of order. If I wasn't monitoring the phone, I would be waiting forever for my food. You need to call back and notify rather than simply posting a notification. This has happened a few times now Despite these issues, overall a good experience

3 ★ overall the app is doing what it's supposed to do.. there are few bugs here and there that should be fixed(eg: the exta notes for the driver section can't be updated to empty text, it keeps displaying the same note that was previously written, and it caused some trouble to me). the display of restaurants based on location can be improved as well..

4 ★ The apps is good and I have been enjoying it very often. But one thing to improve is the navigation. Sometimes when I select a good category and then click back it takes me to the page before the filter. I have to redo the filter again to continue searching. Then there are times the apps just continue to load. Other than that, great job on the apps. 4 stars only cause of the navigation.

2 ★ Frustrating. Up till now no 9ne has been able to resolve my issue. My number on grab food is not synced w my current number in grab transport app. I've tried all methods as told my the customer service yet it still doesn't sync!! I've had issues w riders not being able to contact me and it has been a very unpleasant experienced for both of us!!! Please do something about updating the contact details on grab food app! I'm sure u guys have some ways to help us update apart from asking us to uninstall and let it sync because it doesn't even work for me!

2 ★ App is inconsistent. On some days vegetarian shops showed up as closed. refresh few times and it showed as opened. this issue it can easily be reproduced. after update main Grab App last night whereby they shifted some food shops to the main Grab App, it got much worse. consistently showed All food shops as closed 11am to 12pm. refreshed didnt help except 11.29am all shops appeared with opened status. as per Grab's tech support advice reinstalled both Apps. rebooted samsung hp, didnt help.

1 ★ I have this bug where I first install it and it says "failed to login with grab." I thought it was a normal thing at first and it will be fixed later but fast forward 4 months it still isn't fixed and might I add, yes I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I'm not too bummed about it since I can just use the normal grab to purchase food normally. But this also means I have no idea what's the difference between the two apps. If they fix it I might come back and give a proper review.

1 ★ Horrible and hopeless. No payment options other than GrabPay - which doesn't work. Unable to link Grab Food to GrabPay. Really surprised at the quality (or lack of it) of the app. If you can't even get this one simple payment thing right, I wonder how you would manage food delivery bookings of potentially hundreds simultaneously. Pathetic!

3 ★ there's something wrong!! one minute all restaurants are available and then the next minute when i refresh the app, some restaurants totally disappear and even when i look their names up in the search bar, they're not even there??? what's going on??? i thought there was just something wrong with my phone but as it turns out it's the same on my friends' phones as well 😠 there also should be more payment options available!!! but overall everything else is good.

5 ★ A great food delivery app. Although young compared to other similar apps, the choice and reliability is top notch nonetheless. Anyone hungry but don't know what to have for lunch or dinner should have this app and try out the choices available, and since it is quite speedy, ni need to wait an hour or so for your food. Plus, in this day and age, they decided to send you updates via sms, which is most reliable as you may get cut off from the net and be left wondering what happen to your delivery. 8/8, will recommend to others.

4 ★ Limited set of restaurants. Delivery is very fast and the app is reasonably easy to use. There are minor issues when you try to navigate back, you get redirected to the home menu each time which is annoying. Restaurants suddenly disappear from the list! But otherwise the food has always been served warm and just like you would receive it at the restaurant

4 ★ My 2nd time to place order through GrabFood apps, which I find it easy to use through the simple and informative interface. It also provides details timing with location indicated from order received, food being prepared, driver heading to pick up and finally on the way to the destination. Pro: It links with Grab apps that I can earn extra points by using GrabPay/GrabWallet. Con: The variety of restaurant/cafe are limitated at the moment.

5 ★ Been using this app for more than a couple of times and it never gave me any problems. As I'm a frequent Grab user, I love the fact that the account is automatically linked and I'm able to accumulate rewards points on my Grab using GrabFood. The delivery is always on time too. In fact, it's always earlier than the stated estimation. I'm pleased with GrabFood. Just one thing is that they should implement photos for each food item.as humans are more into the aesthetics. They would like to see pictures of the food ,on top of the description you guys provided. :)
