Description
Drivers are required to manage their entire journey within the Gozo Cabs driver app.
Using the Gozo driver app -
Trips are tracked for ontime start and arrival. Journey breaks and pauses are captured in the trip and drivers have the ability to get in touch with the 24x7 Gozo support team for anything they need during the trip.
Drivers can manage their active and assigned trips. Drivers use this app to start a trip, receive secure messages from Gozo platform, enter starting and ending odometer readings and enter billing transactions applicable to the trips they are assigned to.
Drivers can also share updates with the Gozo platform with respect to additional charges billed, extra kms driven or any additional requirements.

Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows applications to write the sync settings.
Allows applications to read the sync settings.
Allows applications to read the sync stats.

1 ★ Gozo driver app login is not working out but pls do resolve this issue ASAP. Your technical team may not rectified this use ? what happened ? I have been giving so many compliments against gozo driver app login process but no use ... This is very bad.. No matter what ! You have to fix it. Unnecessarily Gozo drivers are facing trouble.
2 ★ i installed the app but it's shows registration error. i registered through online and you send me the mail also. but still same problem, Google, fb and new registration also failed. only shows registration error. i intimate technical also no one stove this. what can i do?,
1 ★ From 5th December app is not open, so many time I mentioned to related team they only told take otp from CX and show odometer and start Trip, this is not solution, I alll booking mentioned driver app use ,but Driver app not open , how I use
1 ★ Suppose there are two trip one is from delhi to haridwar and second from haridwar to delhi in same day. 1st trip cancelled by customer when you reach at picup point. You can get a amount of Rs. 500. In this setuation if u cancle the 2nd trip company will fine u for Rs. 2000. And u go to haridwar for second trip. In Rurki you got a msg that ur 2nd trip cancelled. U will not get any amount. So that day you will be in full loss. For SUV AVERAGE RATE IS LESS THEN RS. 10 PER KM.

1 ★ World third class app .not taking the customer location and the team applies penalty for this.automatic delete the data and asking all the silly things from the starting.the app which helps the team to penalized a poor driver .i hadn't seen in my life such a third class app😠😠
5 ★ Awesome Experience with This Company & The Team specially my Area Manager (Mr Vipin) is just a call away to listen and resolve my Problems...Many Times had a issue with customers, but customer care and Mr Vipin Helped me out even at Midnight & I think that is the Essential part. Now about the app, My Drivers used to use the app and never complained because its very simple and easy to understand. I Am a Satisfied Vendor of this company. Thanks
1 ★ After latest update on 16th December driver app freezes on welcome screen. Working only in android 9 and above.. how can a driver afford to buy a latest android handset?
5 ★ This is the best cab service I've ever experienced as this company maintains all the possible measures to satisfy the customers. It is my favorite cab service.
1 ★ Not working properly. Costumer details show only one hour before. Please don't accept long pickup. Gozo not give cancellation fee. Please don't try gozo. Bad service not supporting CCS.

2 ★ I downloaded the app but not able to register neither able to login using google or social. It asks booking I'd for new registration. What is the booking I'd for new driver registration.
