1 ★ Felt Scammed. Booked for a free(Rs. 50 still they charge btw) party listing, and was later denied entry at the venue, I found out goparties was not the legal/official ticketing partner there. I potentially ruined my evening plans. Couple of chats to customer care seems to imply a disdainful ignorance or apathy towards this. The experience has been misleading since opening this app, paying for a fake free pass, till my second customer care chat for my refund, which I have not received.
