2 ★ Cannot access TV in the app. Keep getting an error message. Have tried on multiple devices and it just won't work.
1 ★ App no longer works. Will not stream any channels. Worked fine for years. Unable to stream anything. Uninstaller and reinstalled problem still unable to stream.
1 ★ Very limited for live TV. Like 14 channels. Can't stream most recorded content. A disappointment of an app that could be great.
1 ★ Won't play on my s10+ anymore. I've been using this app for years and one day, boom, stopped working. I'll update when it fixes.
2 ★ App basically allows me to see the guide, shows I have on my DVR and that are set to record, add or delete shows from my DVR. Can only stream shows to my phone while on the Wi-Fi network at home? I would think I should be able to stream shows anywhere. No real improvements made to the system, yet they are raising my monthly bill by $15. Constantly getting messages that the app has stopped working. Maybe it's time to cut the cord.
1 ★ This is horrible whats the point in having it on my cell if I can't watch my dvr on another Wi-Fi if I got to be home to use it on my Wi-Fi I might as well watch my tv! For Google you would think they would be advanced enough to make it appealing and convenient for the customer they keep raising prices but nothing is changing ridiculous! I am just going to uninstall it download discovery least I will have something to watch when away from home that it also don't have to be my Wi-Fi! I mean thats thw whole purpose to be able to watch away from home! Why would I want to watch tv on my phone when I am at home? Stupid!
1 ★ Used to love the app but now it's no longer showing at the top of the screen when its on, every time I want to play something new I have to open the app up, its annoying to have to open it when I want to pause play change the channel, etc, and it would be nice to be able to watch what I pay for outside of my home, I'm ready to get rid of cable
1 ★ Used to work great. Now just get playback error when trying to stream on Google 3XL. App is worthless now.
1 ★ Stopped working on all devices. No longer works on Google Pixel5, iPhone 10xr, iPad and Samsung Tab2. Fail!
1 ★ There's no point to this app. It's a glorified remote. You can only see everything you've recorded or want to watch (but not actually watch it on your mobile device), and you can't watch if you're not at home. At least Xfinity lets you watch when you're not on your home network. I expected better of Google.
1 ★ Since last update I get errors trying to watch TV from app I reinstalled the app cleared data and cache still not working.
3 ★ Very useful but multiple crashes per day. This app wants to crash so badly it keeps crashing after I shut it down. If that problem didn't exist and persist this would be a 5 star app. Love being able to set the DVR even when I'm not home.
3 ★ I like being able to record something if i forgot to while i was at home, but why the heck can I not watch tv on my dang phone? Even if you only gave me the option to watch only what has been recorded would be fine with me.
1 ★ Google fiber sucks. They constantly have service outages. Each one is at least 2 days or more. This app is pathetic. You cant use it for anything. I really hate to say this. But im going back to comcast. At least with them i can watch all my channels on the go. And I rarely had a service outage with them.
1 ★ This is worthless. It makes your mobile device a glorified remote. Whenever I try to watch what is recorded on the dvr, it changes the channel in the living room. My wife doesn't really want to watch basketball games. And I don't want to watch Bravo. For Google this is highly disappointing.
