Description
Use at your own risk. Playing audio at high volumes, especially for a prolonged amount of time, can destroy speakers and/or damage hearing. Some users HAVE reported destroyed speakers and earphones. If you hear distorted audio, lower the volume (but it may be too late).
By installing this application you agree that you will not hold its developer responsible for any damage to hardware or hearing, and you are using it at your own risk. Consider this to be experimental software.
Not all devices support this software. Try it at your own risk and see if yours works.
This app does not work on most Android 4.2.1-4.3 devices. It should work on Android 4.4 and higher, as well as on devices below 4.2.1.
This is not for adjusting the speakerphone volume in phone calls (that has its own boost, I think), but for adjusting the volume of music, movies and apps.
When you set the boost to zero, Volume Booster will be off. The notification icon is just for ease of launching. If you don't like seeing the notification icon when Volume Booster is off, just go to Volume Booster's Settings and set it to appear only when Volume Booster is running.

5 ★ Very nice App. You better heed their warning about the booster because it'll do what they say it will... No thrills, no phrills, just boost!!! I boost to 25% and it's more than enough!!! Completely SATISFIED WITH THE APP...
4 ★ WORKS LIKE A CHARM!! 1 PROBLEM-- Turns off randomly.. Music is still louder than before BUT have to access app again to hear full potential volume.. OTHER THAN THAT.. PURE THUMBS UP... PEOPLE ARE AMAZED HOW LOUD AND CLEAR THEY CAN HEAR WHAT'S JAMMING IN MY 15 DOLLAR HEADPHONES...
2 ★ this app was awesome for the first week or so.. then it was useless. no volume again. have to hold device next to my ears making it impossible to enjoy veiwing my videos. I am heartsick because I don't understand why volume is now an issue no matter what device you use. I remember a few years ago there was no problem with volume. what has changed and why has the change made it impossible to have decent volume?
5 ★ Such a dmn good app. Does what it's supposed to. Actually does it. Pick start on start up. And use it when ya need it. On Samsung Note 8 so prolly S8 S9 N9, S10 & N 10, "Volume incurs a glitch if you used a bluetooth app. since lasr reboot. Mine is the Tile App. After I use that my Volume just is Boost helps but its maimed too. A reboot fixes that. mA quick reboot fixes Volume & Volume booster. Btw This is the first volume boosters Ive tried that ever even worked. Ta da!
3 ★ Every time this app has to be adjusted to amplify d voice. that is a great de-merit of this app; bcas d sound becomes very low automatically..
2 ★ Came across this version vicariously through installment of its other version. Occasionally doesn't kick in, and when it does, it seems to turn on and off again several times during videos, hence, volume fluctuates. However, this may be purely a fault of a new phone (Huawei Y6, 2018) and its software. Was not experiencing this fluctuation on previous phone (HTC One X9).
