App permissions

TopsView 3.3.3 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to read or write the system settings.

Allows access to the vibrator.

This constant was deprecated in API level 8. The restartPackage(String] API is no longer supported.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to change network connectivity state.

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows an application to modify global audio settings.

This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows an application to modify the current configuration, such as locale.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.

Allows applications to enter Wi-Fi Multicast mode.

Allows mounting and unmounting file systems for removable storage.

Allows an application to record audio.

Allows an application to read or write the secure system settings.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an app to access approximate location.

3 ★ This has always been a great app however since its last update it seems to upload the entire contents of the phone, eats battery and heats the phone. I have found a way to get by this problem, ANDROID USESRS, log in to your (local login) CCTV as usual then on exit tap and hold the TopsView app, tap app info then force stop. Clear the app from background. Works well for me on Samsung S9. Happy viewing.

1 ★ why I am not able to see cctvs over static public IP with this app while it is possible to view camaras fram local LAN with dvr ip? Also i have done port forwarding 80, 34567 and both of them are open. It is also possible to see cameras with windows internet explorer with public ip but not with mobile

1 ★ App was good until recently. They now want permission for location, storage, microphone, camera etc and won't let you use the app without it. They definitely don't need this as the app was working fine before and this also drains the battery.

1 ★ in all probability a spy app. before the update it was okayish, but now it has become horrible, needs all sorts of permissions, and keeps running in the background, even when not in use. stay away.

1 ★ we at first it work great on my Samsung s5 then l had a upgrade and it stop work so l got a other app cctv work well then l update my phone Samsung s8 ccvt works well till l put my phone in for repair on the camera and they did a upgrade my phone firmware now it dose not work can anyone tell me what app will work now l did topview no good.

2 ★ I am having alot of problems as the app is not working over the mobile data. It's only connecting while on the Wi-Fi connection to which the DVR is connected.

3 ★ Heating the phone and eating the battery very fast. Helped only after force stopping the application. After appearing the "exit or not" window, don't press any button, force exit from the application.

2 ★ drains a lot of battery, phone over heats. have to force stop it manually. use to work fine before. I'd like to see the app go back to a older build. less problems

1 ★ Go on, boots me off, come off and the app forces itself open just to close again. How am I meant to keep an eye on my property when I can check the cameras longer than 20seconds.

3 ★ Great for viewing the cctv but uses up mobile phone internal storage and drains battery life too if used for long periods of time.

1 ★ App keep running in background even after proper shot down, get my phn super hot and draining my battery super fast. USELESS APP!
