1 ★ Tried this app for the first time today. Booked 6 seater car because we had stuff with us. Was happy that this app is now available in Laguna..but I don't know if we were just unlucky today. We got the worst driver ever. He complained that we had too much stuff, he threatened to call Tulfo on us, he charged us 100PHP for picking us up and dropping us off right where we started cuz he asked us to cancel the ride after he had already loaded our things in the car. Lol. I mean.. how disappointing.
1 ★ Useless, Not updated, Buggy and Slow. These are just some of the problems facing the app. Not even accounting for the bad management that leads to the drivers not accepting passengers at hand. Slow Finished rate. I can compute my fare faster than your app. Don't blame it on the ISP Go lag i've tried connecting my driver and me at my home at a business fiber wifi connection, and still tooks 10 seconds. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME! Consider finding an alternative if any, really stay away from this app.
1 ★ DISAPPOINTING! Pinakawalang kwentang apps na nagamit ko. I used Uber before then when Uber left the country, I shifted to Grab. When I read an ads about this GoLag, I thought this could be more convenient than Grab as I thought it could cater the Laguna province. I'm so disappointed that it always state that there is no vehicle available (even when I'm in metro). This is a RUBBISH app. Fake for me! Improve your app.!
2 ★ I'm not into reviews but I would like to share my experience using the app. My first use was okay we booked a driver fast. We were going to St.Benedict church from Phoenix gas station near Paseo de St.Rosa with no problem. The problem is going to Paseo from St.Benedict. We were trying to book a driver with no avail. Upon checking there were drivers near us but no one accepted our request. I think they chose their passengers unlike grab. I have good phone signal that time.
1 ★ I booked early thru their fb page and they respond quickly with the assigned driver, Kuya driver even called me to confirm the pick up loc and we agreed, and im confident that everything is settled. But on the actual day of the trip Driver did not show, I tried to call many times and text. But no response! Stressful!
1 ★ GARBAGE! I booked for an 8:30pm pickup at the airport Oct 11, I booked early about noon so there would be ni complIcations. They replied that a driver will arrive AT 8:31. Lo and behold, by the time I got to the airport at 8:00pm, no driver, not even a txt from a driver, or a message from Golag the plate number of the car and the name of the driver. It is still ok I thought since my schedule is at 8:30 still. 8:30 came, no info. 8:45 none still. 8:50 I got a Grab. So as I said, GARBAGE!
1 ★ Downloaded and tried to register but it keeps going back to the homepage 🙄 Uninstalled and re-installed but still the same. Wasted my time downloading it. Zz
3 ★ Its a good app but if i may suggest a few things. First, i we could choose other payment methods aside from cash, that would be better then if we could report drivers who charges more than the fare from the app. I think its a bit unfair. Grab does not tolerate this, i hope golag will not as well.
5 ★ I usually do not go out of my way to review apps like this but GoLag has seriously been my FIRST to-go-to car-booking app! Mas mura rates compared to the other competition, very nice drivers, and straightforward yung paggamit. Uncomplicated. Sana lang maimprove yung interface a bit bec drivers can't call us pero can call them tapos I can't see the rate na I have to pay after I've been dropped off but Kudos! 5 stars, nonetheless!
3 ★ It's okay for what it's worth. The app does lag a lot, both rider and driver would need to restart the app. And most drivers would not accept. Hope to see more.
1 ★ I cant register alway have an error it keeps me back on the homepage. Application always crashing
1 ★ I booked taxi for the airport and it kept showing me driver needs 10 minutes, It was not updating his location. The driver was telling me i am stuck in traffic and needs 5 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting, he cancelled the trip.
2 ★ It took me a dozen of requests before your driver accepts the booking. And as observed, they will accept the booking right away when you choose premium booking.

1 ★ App keeps crashing. You can't even sign up. I just want to check information for an advanced booking. But nevermind. I thought the app was already updated.
