1 ★ One of the pathetic user interface. Messed up login screen as well as forgot password screen. Hope their bus service atleast does not mess up.

5 ★ One of its kind service started in Mumbai. User friendly app and good buses too. People need to know that there is a bus which plies in their route, as most corporates or office goers are not aware of kruze bus services.

4 ★ The kruze bus services are great. The buses are on time and the quality of the buses are also very good. After the BEST AC bus services were discontinued, this service has come as a blessing in disguise.

5 ★ Kruze is a welcome relief for the people travelling in Mumbai. Very comfortable buses are it's main USP. Also, their tech support team is very helpful.

1 ★ Worst ever experience, i booked a bus from thane to andheri,but the bus didn't even stop at the boarding point even for a minute. My money went in vain. No option for cancellation or refund

1 ★ Travelled couple of times. Every time there is delay in pickup even at the first pick up. There is always change in bus designated at the last moment and hence causes confusion.

1 ★ Not working on my phone, moto G2. Does not move ahead of login screen after submitting username password. Can u fix asap?

1 ★ Not able to even sign up... Showing network error, and when I am trying to again sign up it is showing email Id exist please fix this asap
