1 ★ I can't even sign up, 1 lower case, 1 uppercase, I did all but nothing, why should it be hard to register?
2 ★ Well done team. The App is good, however it could be better. Make it more user friendly. I will suggest the pick up and delivery location should be displayed before you proceed to payment, should there be any mistake it's easier to correct before payment is made . Also we should be able to generate like delivery receipt after payment..

5 ★ I love the fact that I can request for delivery as late as 3pm and it gets delivered before 5pm. Never had such service with other delivery companies. Kudos!

1 ★ Had such a bad experience, the rider was rude, he won't take calls, he refused to give feedback, he took almost 7 hours to deliver an item from ketu to lekki phase 1. To top it all he opened the package and brought out the cake meant for dispatch. I reported on the app, the support team ignored me. Wish I could upload a picture of the before and after package. Go Kada is no longer effective, their support is trash and their riders are the worst.
