1 ★ horrible now as it took so long for verifification just because i had changed my indonesian number. horrendous process and so unnecessary. wasted my time!
1 ★ You guys should re-brand your Go-Fix service as Go-Break it more appropriate with what you have done up to now. Instead of fixing the client's appliances, you successfully break it. Go order your beloved "Go-Break" AC service to clean your AC, and get your AC busted, from exhausting cold air to just air and magically change it from AC to Fan. With your professional "Go-Break", be assured you will feel Unsatisfied and mad. Don't forget unresponsive and no-solution customer service
1 ★ No detail input for Pregnancy Massage Service, so i can't order that service. How can this app Live for a production level with that bug.
2 ★ Three different AC guy have been cancelled my booking. It makes me thinking that those guy doesn't need the job as they act like nothing will effect their customer? It's not your fault GoLife, but it'll make you look also professional when you you could find professional AC guy.
1 ★ if i could give minus-5 stars, i would. 1. if it is linked with GoJek app, why would i need to be verified twice? think about how inefficient that is. and also, stupid. 2. kept logging me out and won't send me verification code. 3. if you have to be verified to use the app, then say so when we first downloaded it. not when i'm about to use it. now i cannot book the service i want. gosh, i think this app should make my life easier, it just makes me mad.
1 ★ You application is lame due to i need to verificate my damn id and it's still on process but eventually im dying to wait for your process. Why so complicated. Cuma butuh massage kok makin ribet 🙄
1 ★ SO apparently customer can see the go-life agent's total rating, however the go-life agents can see both customers & their own rating, and also every comment in rating for both agent and customers. It seems like kinda biased judgement toward both parties.
1 ★ have tried many times but keep getting "service provider not available". and when i do get one, they ask to cancel. smh.. new update has chat in the app, but every time I try to open chat, the app crash.
1 ★ what is this verify bullcrap? have been using this app for a long time all of a sudden you asked for verification otherwise cant order services, i have no intention to give up my personal information.
1 ★ App keeps crashing. Almost all bookings made cancelled last minute. What a waste of time getting on this app. Works in theory but practically it is nonsense.
1 ★ The talent was worst, turn my refrigerator into a cupboard. GoFix really turn into GoBreak. I also did not get liability after three days, why should I order Go Break if my refrigerator will broken?
1 ★ No English Language option. unfortunately GoLife does not have an english language option so I am unable to use this app. it's a shame because the original GoJek App does and it's not letting me use that app anymore and is referring me to the GoLife app.

1 ★ I used my registered phone number & email... but can't login at all... Fix it and i'll change the star
1 ★ extremely hard to find any talent for go laundry, the amount of time i need to continue press seach again so i could get a talent is just ridiculous. Either gave me more driver or just continuously find talent until i say stop. And why not just seperate the cost for driver and laundry and then you can hike the driver price when there is not much driver?
