3 ★ I love the service. Easy and convenient. Exactly what is needed when one wants to move fast for a short distance in a crowded city. The problem though is with the lack of information in the app. What is the cost of rental? I see from the receipts that it is not same for renting Gogoro 1, 2, and 3. I understand that it is fair to charge more for the bigger scooter, but could you show the pricelist anywhere in the app. I searched the app and the official website. Can't find this info anywhere. And how about changing batteries? How to do? Could be more useful if you add a tutorial to the app?
1 ★ The company and app claims to support visitors and foreigners with international drivers license. However, I've been checking with them every other day since uploading all documents two weeks ago and they keep saying it takes couple of days to verify the documents, when asked when they don't tell you ETA. It doesn't make sense for visitors if it takes more than 2 weeks to use it, if I had known from the beginning I would've rented long term from some train station, but they keep lying saying it will only be two more days. Horrible customer service and company.
1 ★ Need to fix bugs in important parts ("Failed to create request" when using the incident report form), and train support staff on how to handle international registrations. They kept disconnecting the chat, and I had to re-upload documents seven times. Still waiting for verification "because you are a foreigner". No phone number for contact if you need help. Very big waste of customers' time.
1 ★ This service is designed to rip you off. If you forget to end your ride, they will just keep charging u. I got a bill for 2000NT. No, they didn't forgive it. I had to pay. Be very careful using this shady business. They could easily have the app stop your ride after the bike was off for day 30 min. Not they don't. They hope you forget, so they can stay your money.
3 ★ I've been using the app for a few months and the bikes and service is great, I can't really fault it. It would be really great however if the app could have some notification that the bike is still rented if you park it. WeMo has this and it's very handy.
4 ★ I tried to register but the app is telling me that there is a problem with my ID card which is not true.. I can't even try again and when I contact the support no one is answering me.. so I'll keep using WeMo.. quite disappointing I hope they will improve their service soon.
5 ★ amazing sharing services and functions, smoothing animation and UI interaction; really impressive the performance; finish the registration and verification flow less than 2 mins :D
2 ★ Can you extend the operational area of Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital to include linkou district. Linkou district has the MITSUI OUTLET PARK, international schools, night markets. Linkou district would be a great area for GoShare. More stars🌟 if you could make this happen.
1 ★ This app doesn't do enough to warn you that your scooter is still rented out. I forget to return the scooter for hours and all I get is a little notification. It's costing me a fortune.
2 ★ Loading time on Profile page is way too long. Why there's only boy's icon for profile photo? No girl's how come!?!? Very sad.

2 ★ Faster than Wemo. But the toturail is a trash. Not clear and helpful. Very difficult for the new user. 比Wemo快，但教學很爛也沒啥幫助，對新使用者非常不友善。
