1 ★ Ridiculous System Doesn't Work At All. I tried 4 scooters and not one of them worked. Spent 10 minutes then on the phone sorting out a refund. Just walk, it's probably quicker.
1 ★ does not work in the whole center, very limited and doesn't allow you to end ride, ie keeps taking your money and no way to get in contact, do not recommend at all, try voi lime o tier
2 ★ Well the riding is fun in Abu Dhabi. But pricing is too much. I took intensive more than hour long ride from one point to another, costs more than a taxi. So it's luxury than a utility, at least here in Abu Dhabi.
1 ★ You cannot read the terms and conditions until you agree to it!! Hahahha.. What nonsense. Before giving my legal consent I tend to read TnC but on the screen when i click on the link of TnC it takes me back to verification of my number.
2 ★ Scooter beeped after a few seconds and stopped working. Still waiting for a refund. Edit: got my refund pretty quickly. Maybe I try to rent one in a few weeks again.
1 ★ Absolutely abhorrent. Set such limits in my city that if you go anywhere outside of the strict city center, scooter just cuts off. Worse even is the fact that their GPS sucks, so this didn't happen until much into the locked territory. I spent 6 minutes of PAID time crawling like a snail to where they would allow me to park it. Absolute rubbish, go with the already established competition. I know I'm not touching their scooters with 10ft stick.
4 ★ By far the best app there is for electric scooters. You get the smoothest rides and there are almost never any problems with their scooters.
1 ★ First ride started good. But when I wanted to end the rental, it just said "scooter not available. choose another". Called support and surprise surprise, nothing happened. Call just disconnected. Tried both english and german support. My 3 min ride turned into a nightmare. I eventually managed to end the rental after I restarted the app. They charged me for 12 min and I have no idea how to get my money back. Never gonna use this ^#&/@$%#& again.
2 ★ I have used the service a few times without problems. however, last time, the app did not recognize my active ride and I could not end it. Tried to call customer service in vain, but as I was late I had to leave the scooter. Then I received a charge of more than 20e without use of it (verifiable by the gps, as it was parked). I would like an immediate refund of this charge.
1 ★ I'm not sure if this is some scam or just pure incompetence. I was asked to insert my credit card to use one of the scooters around Berlin. Fine. But then i scan the scooter for one at potsdamer platz which is obviously in the allowed zone and get a notification that it's outside the zone and the map goes to another neighborhood. I then try to contact customer service by phone but get asked to leave a voicemail. A voicemail for customer care in 2019? Please contact me I want to cancel my account
1 ★ Very bad service. Yesterday i used a scooter with my free ride voucher for 15 minutes. The app didnt track my ride and I couldn't lock it. I tried many times to call support but it's not reachable. By the morning I received a bill of 12€. And I tried now to remove my payment info but it is not possible. It's like they want to keep your credit card info forever. Simple Scam and fraud
1 ★ Hi, I really love the scooter idea and find the circ ones exeptional. But when it gets to payment, I hate it ! Today, I used a circ for 30 minutes. Should've costed me only 15 mins since I had 15 mins for free and a free unlock. Ended up paying for 2 hours... Why? I don't know. But I'd really like to get in contact with support to clear this out.
1 ★ had a ride home with a friend, took us way too long to find one with the app gps since most of the scooters shown on the map weren't there. after we got home, he got off his scooter of another brand easily and I couldn't. next drop off location was 10 minutes ride back where I came from. no warning or anything. tried to call customer service multiple times only for the phone call yolltonbe cancelled. so I had to go back where I came from and call uber to get home. terrible first experience
1 ★ After trying to park on red zone the scooter wasn't refreshing its position. i couldn't end my ride even if i was a couple of streets inside the green area. i tried to stop the ride at least 4 times while i was already in the parking area without luck. i called support and they have a machine that gets you name and number. all this happens at your own expenses, for an initial ride of 4.5/5 chf i had to pay 9.5 chf because of their bugs. i won't rent this service again.
3 ★ Decent app. DO NOT use the phone holders on the scooters. The first time my phone fell out and the second time I tightened it more and it cracked my screen
