1 ★ while doing transaction the discount is applicable......now you are telling that offer is till 31st December then why the offer was applied at the time of booking??? its mistake by goevent not fault of customer who has done the transaction based on the offer shown at your site while doing the booking

5 ★ I have a wonderful experience to share about Goeventz and in particular Nitesh Sah. I had made an error while booking a ticket on Saturday and mailed the company the same requesting for a correction. Today, the first thing that happened is they corrected and sent the same back in less than half an hour of starting work. I called up and spoke with Nitesh, who helped me out immediately and also called back to confirm.This is amazing service level and you have just gained a fan Goeventz and Nitesh!
1 ★ I bought 8 tickets for 10k . They have not sent me tickets for last 10 hrs. The call centre keeps giving you info that they are in touch with support team. But they have no answer. I wanted refund they are not committing that even. Pls avoid this app completely.

1 ★ This app helps u to book events but they do not have any information or providing wrong information about the event and if u booked u need to suffer.. They will reply.. Sorry for inconvenience.. I called the executive and asked about the event they confirmed twice but when we reached the venue nothing is going on as pr description.. Waste of 3k along with 3days of valuable life.. They are here to take ur money anyhow nothing else..

1 ★ On holi I have booked my tickets from goevents and when I reached the event location there was nothing such a worst experience never going to install this worst app organisers are cheater too
1 ★ Fraud app, charges 5 times more than the actual event cost mentioned on the official website.
4 ★ booked 12 tickets for innovative film city, but sad thing is, no cashbacks/discounts were there! during booking.
5 ★ finally i got my payment back....its really rare that any company would refund ur money...but i must say i am impressed by the GoEventz that they refunded the amount of the holi event which got cancelled....thanks GoEventz...will surely book from your app in future as i know my money is in safe hands.
