4 ★ It's only 4 because the Tips and Facts section are not working. "The web page can't be found" us the message that comes up. As well, the mortgage calculator doesn't include CMHC fees, which is critically important. Otherwise, it's a great app.

3 ★ I would give it more if I could see more details about a listing such as the kind of parking a place has, everything included in the condo fees,and how long a listing has been on the market.
