2 ★ Needs work. Can only see main image, not multiple pictures. Can't see store availability. Can't see actual deals nearby. Has potential but needs help.
1 ★ Fixed bugs?!?!? Hahahaa still doesn't allow me to LOG IN. much less shop. I have to go thru web browser. Deleting the app. Useless. PRO Member.

1 ★ Just downloaded the app. Apparently a recent change is you cannot log in until checkout. This makes it impossible to see any reward or personalized information until you buy something! VERY BAD FIRST IMPRESSION!! I also see a response to another reviewer that you can go to the website to log in.... I am on the app.. why should I have to go somewhere else to log in? Update to your response: You are not correct. I just tried to log in at the cart as you suggested. It does not work!
1 ★ Not intuitive, if you are already a gold card member. I suggest to change it back. You have to shop before login and/or checking your rewards points. It like dissuading to use the app and instead go to the store.
1 ★ Ordered something for delivery thru the app. You are unable to log into your account until the end after everything was processed. I now have a huge shipping charge, and yes I am a rewards member. Very sad.
2 ★ This app just needs some work done to it. Need to be able to login to see points befor having to order stuff. The facts need to be listed so I know how many calories, fat, sugar. But A for effort.
1 ★ Nothing works. Moved login to checkout, but it always fails to create cart so I can never checkout or see how many points I have. Hands down the worst app I've ever downloaded.
1 ★ Have tried everyway possible to cancel an autoship. Impossible to do on the new app. Should have left it alone. At least I could do this on the old app!
1 ★ Horrible app. I cannot login unless I add something to my cart and try to checkout? I am unable to get an accurate status of an order either, like if it was shipped and a tracking number. It is so hard to figure out their billing. I just have to check my cc statement to see if they billed me correctly. I would not recommend the app and don't join their rewards/pro club. It is not worth the headaches.
2 ★ This app is very frustrating to use. I do not like that the only way to log into my account is to go to the checkout. Sometimes I log in to review my points. This also leads me to visiting the store a lot less because I am not as motivated to go to gnc store dues to accessing my discounts. This app is getting worse with each update.
2 ★ This app has the worst search engine I've ever encountered. I've been shopping at GNC for decades, so I thought maybe I'd skip the drive and try the app. Several products that I know for a fact are available don't show up when I type their product-names. When I clicked on the "Men's" category, it brings up a blank search query and says no items available. Seriously, this is pathetic. The unprofessional presentation of your ecommerce storefront leads me to question your overall integrity.
1 ★ This app used to be extremely useful. I can no longer check my reward point status, see anything with my account, activate points, etc. Instead it tells me to sign in at check out (you can't even get to check out!). I've considered canceling my pro membership because of issues with that. Now I can't access my account on an app that was made specifically for that purpose. Fix this before you lose customers altogether.
