· Introduction of the ‘PRA Request Details – Comments’ page, which allows users to ask specific questions regarding a particular PRA.
· Removal of the ‘Request Details’ button for Rework PRAs, in order to clear confusion on how Rework PRAs are to be submitted.

Description
• Pre-authorize specific warrantable repairs (PRA)
• Use photos to improve efficiency of the Part Return Process (PPR)
• Send part information for traceability (RPT)
• Submit detailed Field Product Reports (FPR)
• Lookup and view recalls on vehicles (Recall)
• Access the Service Workbench
All modules have the ability to include embedded images and video of the vehicle in question.
App permissions
CSMT - Certified Service 3.11 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.

1 ★ Terrible, closes out as soon as you try to look at PRA history.
2 ★ Can not save photos taken from camera roll. Then pictures taken in the app while filling out a PRA will not save. Just takes a pic and then goes back to camera again. Please rectify
5 ★ The app is usually very easy to use, my only suggestion would be to allow us as service managers to email a copy to our desktop so I can put it in a file folder that I had been able to do previously.

1 ★ This app doesn't work correctly. It logs me out after or during taking pictures of the issue I'm sending to to get preautherized. Please fix.
3 ★ Does not always update the recall info. It gives you a notice but does not show the new recall
1 ★ I hate this app! I cant stand getting all these notifications about upcoming recalls! please fix it so I can turn that function off
2 ★ Why is there only three options for components lol seat cover, wheel, and mirrors? Why not brakes or wipers or oil leaks?
