1 ★ Update: email was sent 2 days ago and still didn't get any reply, what a terrible service, wouldn't recommend it to anyone at all. Very bad experience, been in the process of buying a car on auto loan for more than a month now, i chose the finance assistance option thinking that it will be faster but it's really not worth and after being a big supporter for the application now i would never recommend it.

1 ★ Service and support is not what you should really expect from CarSwitch, I reserved a car, second day I received an email that "car was listed at the wrong price". They just cancelled my reservation without getting back to me. Am not sure if I can trust the prices anymore as it might got changed after reservation.
1 ★ App features are good. But worst service. I got appointment to see the car and they themselves confirmed 3 times for my availability on this. And just before 1.5 hour, I got call and said it's sold out to another customer on finance. And still if I am interested, my payment option is only full cash!!
1 ★ The app is not designed properly. The figure gets hidden and is visible only partially. The commision of 1699 dhs. is fixed, no matter if u even reduce the price. And for the inspection of car, u r charged with 103 dhs, There is no feedback or any follow up from from Carswitch. Waste of time and money. Also there are not much potential buyers on this platform.
1 ★ I don't understand their business model, if you are selling a car the listing price will prompt you that your car won't sell above a specific amount. But when you go to buy a car section, the same car model advt is posted for twice the price. Inspection is left undone for cars by dealers, specific parts of a car aren't tested on purpose to leave out defects. This is no more a people friendly app. I don't trust it anymore.
4 ★ I offered one seller 42,000 aed and I received a whatsapp message from carswitch that my offer is accepted and that I need to call them. When I called they said "oh the price is wrong, it is 75000 (for a 2016 Honda crv). We will check the price and call you back. Today the car was sold to someone else and they never contacted me. Very unprofessional. I think it was a good deal and it was just kept for someone or something like that. Truly disappointed
2 ★ Only dealers are coming as customers, & they always offer least possible price. What we opt or expect, we can never get it from this app. Try to build some good customer base or else it will be just a space for spamming. Facebook market was much better place
1 ★ I had booked a car and drove all the way to abu dhabi to get it inspected and the car failed the inspection. The cost of testing was never reimbursed and i lost my time, effort and money. Why should the buyer pay for the testing?? Its responsibility of the owner of the car!! If the management is listening - please improve car ownership transfer process. Better yet, allow only passed cars to get listed in your app.
1 ★ Listed my car .. didn't get 1 real offer all are from dealers testing if you will put the price down. multiple times called and told cs that the preferred way of contact is whatsapp. they call and when you don't answer. They De list you although you pay for the ad.
1 ★ They don't do nothing. They want to take money from 2 sides, even if you wan you dont, at least check car properly. If you call customer service they don't know anything about cars, if you want to charge me at least give some info about car, condition, at least hire someone with interest in cars not anyone. When you call you feel like useless, check yourself, we don't know, even basic questions, really bad service and bad idea
4 ★ Purchased a used car through carswitch. The app is excellent, but there is an increasing number of cars with high ratings where they dont check the basic stuff like oil leaks, central loc Warranty is user reported and was blatantly false in the car I bought. It reduces some legwork, but they are really concerded by their staff availability and timeliness for appointments as they dont want the buyer and seller meeting without them. Missed several deals where both I and the seller were available
1 ★ Its awful experience staff is not professional at all. I selected the car given the advance payment as well. Got a call from them on second day that car is not available since the owner outside of the country i don't know whether its true or not. Why this was not checked earlier its just waste of time.
5 ★ user friendly experience. very easy to use. variety of options to explore cars. very detailed pictures of car. free Inspection report of every car is uploaded. highly recommend
