4 ★ I wanted to give this app 5 star, but the condition has not been mate, if Glovo can make provision for customer to pay directly to Glovo account on delivery point it will be better. once payment is made and received by Glovo they updates riders app.
4 ★ It works great, but it has a few random bugs happening when used for prolonged periods of time.
5 ★ TO DATE , the GlovoApp itself is simple and convenient, especially with chart support and generally, The problem is with the partner app where you find you have an order and the store hasn't even seen it. It should be better when the system starts looking for rider after the store has accepted the order to end long waiting for CURRIERS.
2 ★ it's good for starting but with very few orders, you just get 1 order after waiting 1 hr, it's waste a lot of time and rates are also very low like if you go 8 9 km you will get something 5 or 6 euro. Mis management of the crew memebers
1 ★ Glovo will soon collapsed if they failed to adjust their terms with riders. The fare is very low. They don't give the riders the freedom to take brake from work. The little thing a rider do then boom! They take the rider off for 1 hour or more. No wander rider's are finding new food delivery service such as bolt food.
4 ★ we have map inside the app. when rider need to travel it must work as navigator. not need to open Google maps as separate app.
3 ★ the support option is worse with the bot, there should be the possibility of talking directly to the support especially when you need it and not waiting.
1 ★ Very bad app to work . First the slots booking is a worst thing . You cannot work with your choice in different areas you have to tell them even they dont allow to change city ..app works very slow..some times it stops working . Pay less and a useless customer care so i dont like it
5 ★ the app is very fine ....just sometimes you can't talk to the support team without an ongoing order.hope you can work on that...!!!!

1 ★ In case of combined orders, the order card is returned to the main screen, not to the order list. The first order card does not contain the address, so you have to open it
1 ★ I made payment for an order, my account has been debited but the payment is not confirmed. No support contact or menu. No resolution.
1 ★ Cash payments is totally nonsense system of glovo. How come you keep continue troublesome system in glovo and put rider in danger and tension. Please take some necessary steps!

1 ★ Full of bugs,chat support everything has issues, not working properly, chats not ending, so many problems especially on chat support side,right now I have a chat ,and that chat is from Monday, till now I have not gotten any help ,how will I do my deliveries, especially when the order is for cancellation, eg,,product not available at the store,,can't apload the recipe,, surely kindly look on that issue
