1 ★ I find this app unnecessary, it can just be added as another section for GlobeOne app. It's crashing always, laggy, and most of the time it can't even launch. As for the rewards. I have already claimed mine, but still didn't receive it after 4 days have passed.

1 ★ I was not happy for this globe one app and especially the internet connection. I felt using the promo of this globe cannot satisfy the good internet connection.. always lagging,disconnected and even h+ wherever i go to the cr, room and etc. I already felt that something trashy about the new and latest introduction. Every 1gb = 1 point but if you convert 10 points = 1gb.. where's the justice.. i felt something strange and getting worse about it. Hope you read this.

2 ★ It's useful since we can use our points to have an emergency data but the hell is this? Why can't I redeem my points? I really need it now and it keeps saying "error". Fix this please. Your network already sucks.Don't make it even worse

5 ★ Update: issue was fixed and I was contacted about updates on the resolution and when this was finally fixed. Great customer service! :) App keeps crashing. I cant open other accounts. Not able to redeem the noche buena package that is only for today! Fix it or extend the promo to thosf who are having issues!

1 ★ The app always keep on asking an OTP each log in. I was waiting for update for almost a week now since wasn't able to uae other registered number on it (just the main one) Your maintenance should be the Update 😪😪😪 not the other way around right?

1 ★ I have 500 points and i cant redeem it in other store. If you click view all they wont open it will lag and you need to restart the app. So you have to redeem it in the store that available in the front page. Today is the expiration of my points. It feels like a scam

1 ★ Still no response from last year?! every time I try to input my mobile number or code it always says "you have reach maximum OTP limit. Please try again later".. how many days or years should I wait for your system to allow my mobile number push through? I think your Customer Service doesn't even care of my issue here, what's the use of upgrades if you can't even fix mine?! 😤😤😤

2 ★ Globe rewards is a very good app before the update. You can jist one tap the app and your in the glpbe rewards. But when the update comes it change. Everytime you will log in with globe reward, it always ask for code,(every.single.time). Yes because its for our account safety. But when ever the phone automatically put the code but the app kicks me into my homescreen. Everything is okay except for that code placing which is very frustrating. Hope you have a wonderful day today. :D

1 ★ When i install this, i can still open the app and put the number, the OTP. But when it comes to putting names and (information) such part, the app suddenly close. When i open it again, its back to where i have to put my number again. I can't use the app because it keeps closing, if its my phone or what. I really hope i can use this app because my rewards is quite a lot now and its a pity to not use it. Thanks.

1 ★ I've tried claiming rewards which should add on my remaining data balance, but no it only steals my points. I have so many pending concerns about my internet connection. 😤 It's very slow and it stops from time to time. Last week I have 16GB remaining data balance from subscribing into HomeSURF199, and before my subscription ended I added a subscription that was HomeSURF99 (9GB for 7 days) last March 1, 2021. AND NOW IT SUDDENLY EXPIRED!!! THAT WAS ONLY THREE DAYS... 😑

3 ★ It's a nice app for redeeming point. But i have a problem for 250 points above, i can't redeem and keep saying " sorry but we cannot process you're request at this moment. Please try again later." For now i gave 3 star later i will give 5 star if the issue will be fix. I'm hoping to fix this issue. God bless

1 ★ This app is good at first when I used it, but now I always used it, this app requires your globe sim number often and to type the verification code, so when I prefer to redeem my globe reward points this always occurred. And sometimes I go to other globe apps and back to globe reward app it's always loading and get started.

1 ★ Points was stolen. I received a msg earlier at 9:53am that says points will expire today so redeem it now. A minute after I downloaded the app and found zero points whereas I am expecting at least 200points but found zero.

1 ★ Worst app ever. Worst UX. Are the developers and management of this app all newbie? Manage your backend and servers correctly. Super slow, keeps crashing, loading here, loading there. And it seems like this is intentional to make people stop from using the rewards.

1 ★ No rewards recieve after succesfully registered,, plus ur network has an intermittent signal reception on our area(tondo, manila), and still my concern did not fix, already query this last 2015
