GUARDIAN® Providers & ID Card 11.6 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows an app to access approximate location.

Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

3 ★ The app seems to work OK and has pertinent information on hand. My only complaint is it's NAME. I'm afraid I'll forget what I installed it for before I get a chance to use it as I have dental coverage through Guardian but the symbol/name doesn't trigger recognition, (in my mind).

2 ★ I shouldn't have to keep logging in to go to different coverage of my insurance. It needs to be simpler to use. Also it should not havw to jump to a web services to give me all my details of my coverage it should be in the app and app readable instead I am rotating my phone to read everything. Please make it more simpler

5 ★ I guess I must really be in the minority here judging by all these negative comments, but this app functions flawlessly for me on my Galaxy Note 9. No trouble logging in, no trouble accessing my ID card, no trouble searching for providers. I will report back if I have any issues, but for now it's working great.

1 ★ How is it possible for an insurance company to make so much money, but can not get their app working after literally years of people saying it will not let them login. If you are not going to fix/update this app remove it from the app store all together. It is absolutely absurd that you do not have a half way competent IT department that can atleast allow users to login to view an ID card. You have a total of 12 reviews out of 357 that are not 1 or 2 stars. Absolutely pathetic.

1 ★ I just used the vision part of my healthcare for the first time the amount that they pay for frames and lenses is less than the premium per year worst Insurance I've ever had ever will be canceling it tomorrow at work I fail to see any value in dealing with this insurance company

1 ★ LOW quality. I tried to get my card information 4 times in a row over the course of 30 minutes, and kept getting told that "this member has no ID card". That's strange, I PAY for your crummy insurance, but you are telling me that I'm not a member?! Thanks for nothing. Finally... I call support, and while I'm on hold it finally starts working. Garbage app, and mediocre insurance.

1 ★ Never let me sign in on the app. I'm only able to sign in on my browser. All of my information is correct. When I tried to reset or find my info to see if im entering it wrong, my email can't be found! Useless app.

5 ★ Seems to do what I need. I can search and save providers, log in, and access my ID card. Not sure where others are having issues but I have no complaints.

1 ★ Very horrible app. They should include a measurement of how much you have spent toward your deductible and how much has rolled over into your account.

1 ★ Won't look up any providers. Enter the info all you want, you'll never find anyone. I was able to look up my ID cards, but really I downloaded this to find providers easier. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, their website is awful as well.

1 ★ Nothing happens when you make a choice in the first screen to choose a dentist or see id card.

1 ★ Won't let me log in, this app is useless to me. I verified my username and password works fine on the website.

5 ★ Great app so I can easily acces my info ... It can be a little glitchy but that may have been my wifi potentially
