Hospitality by GladToHaveYou 2021.3.0 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows an app to access approximate location.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

1 ★ Only gives an error "Cannot connect to internet" while I can open any other apps on my phone and they all have no problem connecting to the internet.

2 ★ App does not give a place to review the rental, just to review the app. Not user friendly. Our rental appeared clean, but the dead cockroach on the floor did not 8nspire confidence in the cleaning. Door knob almost falling off on door to deck.

5 ★ We enjoyed our OBX vacation. App was very helpful. However, we were not pleased with our unit, Dune Song. The jets in the bathtub on the 2nd floor weren't operating, we found water bottles under the couch, (left by previous tenants), a section of the wooden fence around the pool was falling down, the bottom of the door jam leading to the 3rd floor balcony was rotted out. I did complete a Fix-it form regarding these items. Hopefully they will be addressed.

3 ★ The app is nothing special. The most glaring bug is that you have to turn OFF the WiFi when using the app, otherwise you'll get the "Oops, cannot connect to the internet" message people are talking about. As for the permissions, most are pretty standard. The reason it wants access to your photos/files is because there is a maintenance request form that allows you to upload a photo of your maintenance issue and needs access to the file system to do that. Hope that helps someone!

2 ★ Rental home was very nice but needed appliance updates. Door lock code did not work all week. Maintenance gave his code so we could access house. Had to call to get yard mowed. Outside lights not working on deck and lattice was not attached and kept falling down. Expected more for price of rental.

4 ★ Beyond excellent!! The condo was great ( except the propane tank was empty. Had to exchange it). People in the area were great and friendly and the food was super!! Will do again next summer for sure!!

3 ★ As far as having access to my reservation, the app worked well. But I have tried to leave a review, and that isn't working well. Too bad, because I gave the condo unit and realtor a 5 star. Tried to leave a picture of wildlife near where we stayed, can't access the review and only part of the last sentence is visible. App needs some work...

5 ★ This app is great with our vacation rental wi up to date information and a quick means of contacting the management team with any issues.

4 ★ Enjoyed the duplex. The beds definitely need to be addressed! One bed on the 1st floor had a broken bed frame. My brother-in-law found a sack of cement and a large book to bolster the bed so they could sleep in it. The other bed on that floor has a mattress that is very broken down and people sleeping in the bed roll to the center. The bathrooms are quite nice, but is not friendly to short people trying to get in the bathtubs. The sliding doors and the toilet so close to the tub hinders people with hip or knee problems accessing the tub that is 24 inches high, plus the sliding door frame. Loved the high ceilings and the sliding doors for circulation on the main floor. Problem using the fireplace as it had been turned to the off position and was unusable.

4 ★ We stayed in Villa 281. It was very clean on our arrival , which means a lot to us. There was no problems getting in. The rental group was super friendly and very helpful. We had a great time with our family. The beach was awesome and biking is great. Also if your family would rather use the pool, it very family friendly, large and spotless. As far as getting groceries on the island, there is a grocery store that has everything you need. Its pricey however. We will return soon. 😊

5 ★ Beautiful house with perfect setting on the beach in Holiday Isle! The house was elegantly decorated and included all the necessities. Having porches in the back and front allowed scenic views from all angles- and, with 4 bikes included, you could stroll to other areas as well. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to return next year!

1 ★ Won't allow me to login... even though my credentials are correct. Can login on my tablet, but not my phone. Frustrating

1 ★ The app says its loaded but will not let me log in. It takes me somewhere else unrelated to the trip. I have no idea what information I need.

4 ★ Great we did ask for a replacement privacy shade that was never repaired nor replaced office folks were super. I think the above problem was primarily with the owner, who should also replace the antique toaster, and get an elevated Kenai table so you don't have to look through the railing. If it were our unit, we would install a screen door to improve ventilation very nice location and outstanding grounds host (larry). We GREATLY appreciate your No Smoking policy. thanks

5 ★ What can I say?! Room #305 is perfect. Living room, bedroom and kitchen are wonderful. The view is to " DIE FOR !!!!!!" I don't know how we got this apartment. The view in front is wonderful but the view, also seen from couch, reminds me of Hawaii. Thank you SUNHOST RESORT. Looking forward to coming back.
