1 ★ Bad user experience. Poor flow and impossible to see white/grey/yellow text color scheme. It also does update the drive or rider properly.
1 ★ I just tried it out and it's not even close to fluid as Uber.

1 ★ Uninstalled it. Every time I got to the confirm booking screen, the wrong day & time would show!! On the rare times I was able to correctly book, it wouldn't let me track my booking even after logging in!!
1 ★ Slow, confusing, not user friendly and it FORCES you to tip at least 20% for every trip. The cab drivers are rude and unreliable. I uninstalled this app the same day I downloaded it. Don't waste your time. It's no wonder Yellow Cab filed for bankruptcy!
