GalleryCam acts like a camera app, but instead allows you to pick an existing image from your gallery or some other storage.

5 ★ works like a charm. does what it says in description. This app will not be seen in apps section. To make this app work you have to change your default camera with this app and then use any application(where importing pics from gallery is not allowed) to choose your desired pic from the gallery.
5 ★ Worked perfectly. For people saying it is not working for them - it is not supposed be displayed between your applications! You can use it from other apps requiring camera access, where you can select this app to ise your existing photos.
