GetTransfer: Transfers & Rides 99.0.0 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.

1 ★ Stay away from this app. I had booked a taxi to get me to the airport yesterday. I got charged, the driver never came and I almost lost my flight. I asked for a refund of the the ride, since he/she did not come, but they told me that since the ride was not cancelled I can not get a refund. And now they are not answering the emails. If I could put 0 stars for the review I would but the minimum is 1 star. Dont ever use this.

5 ★ That was a fantastic experience. The car was spacious clean and comfortable with a very good and clever driver. This application is simple and easy to use. The offers I got were cheaper than any where else.

1 ★ The app works well, however, the driver won't turn up. Zero customer service, after I was left at the airport with no driver. Didn't take any responsibility and told me to get an Uber. Please don't download or use this company. I was informed that I would receive a full refund in 14 days. This has not happened. They have emailed me saying that my credit card company isn't set up to take a refund! Clearly an absolute scam. My credit card are now going after the refund on my behalf.

2 ★ An additional charge is shown only at the very end, so beware: the price shown, the price on which you base your decision to book or not to book - is not the actual final price to be paid. You will have to pay more. In my case, 2% was a relatively small deception, but a deception nevertheless. I will not do business with them again. Also, the app is unresponsive after starting it in about 60% of the cases. I uninstalled it.

2 ★ It's a good app but, I still gave 2* rating 1. They don't provide back-up vehicle if the carrier cancels at last moment. 2. They don't take call if there's some emergency situation happens like (Driver is not reachable or Driver cancelled the trip at last moment) they just asks to send email. Which is time consuming. 3. Driver/Carrier can cancel the trip whenever they want but the passenger can't 2 days before. 4. 19.5% commission rate is too high.

1 ★ The most unreliable company ever. 4 of my bookings failed completely - the drivers just did not come. Another few - drivers came with delay up to an hour. Everything has been discussed with their "quality assurance" which only apologies and promise everything will be better in future. If you book, please think that every 2nd or 3rd ride will NOT HAPPEN. And they have never been able to find a quick replacement. NEVER.

1 ★ Recently I had a very bad experience with gettransfer. Initially with the carrier and then with the way that gettransfer customerservices been respond. Beside the early booking and payment the driver didn't showed up and I was about to mis my flight moreover i paid three times more for the on spot taxi, no proper feedback and action was taken by gettransfer management They are totally unreliable and no responsibility Not recommended at all This is just an update Even though they have admit the mistakes they didn't refund my money!!!!! And they don't replay on my emails!!!!! This company a real fraud

1 ★ I have tried to use their service and failed to succeed with a big disappointment. Booked a big van for the transport of my mom & dad, who are about 80 years old, and paid the service in advance. After this guys let my parents to wait at the street for 25 minutes (at that age!!!), I called the number on the voucher and understood that my transfer was forgotten. A d still fighting for refunding..... Good luck to the ones, who still like to use this app.

1 ★ Absolutely dishonest business, app is misleading, booked me with the wrong address and was refused refund, but wanted to charge me extra 25$ for address change. There is no option to cancel via app, only email, received a lot of spam right after making payment. All they want is to grab money, they don't pay drivers as well (see drivers reviews) Canceled the ride since couldn't trust them to be in airport on time. Angelika (Aнжелика) is total lack of customer service skills

1 ★ Zero support as it deals with incompetent service providers it has absolutely no control over. Specific requests are ignored and rubbish quotes wasting time are send when asked. Zero support from the company as the standard reply is: "Submitting another request!" Why? Deal with the unprofessional service providers and don't let clients deal with them! Why do you want a slice of the cake if you dont want to contribute? Incompetent!

5 ★ Had now issues at all. Honestly, I was very concerned about the service given the reviews. But everything was on time and smooth. When we realized we'd have to leave a day early from our resort due to weather conditions, the team helped us out sort a new coach through another operator. They didn't charge much more and were very helpful. I recommend to use them in Europe based on my very positive experience.

1 ★ Use the app only once, they charged me twice for the trip, two times £121. Don't have a way to ask for the money back seeing that only for one of the charges got sent an invoice, but on my bank account shows that been charged twice. Won't be using it again.

1 ★ Beware, this is a scam! Made a reservation for airport transfer with them and got a confirmation for the wrong time (16:00 instead of 4am...). Notified them of the mistake immediately and asked to fix/cancel. Called the driver directly, who canceled the trip. Customer service simply quoted fine print and said they cannot change or refund. Had to escalate to a PayPal claim to get my money back. Plain and simple deception - stay away!!!

1 ★ Don't trust these guys, I booked a car for 5 days, got confirmation and price which I agreed. When confirming pick up, and requirements, we got told that a day is only 4hrs per day.. Hmm I have communicated with get transport, and was informed that they would find alternative transport, a week later, no word. As per their app you have to pre pay, which I did, I am not out of these funds and have had to notify my bank to this fraud. DON'T USE THIS APP....

1 ★ Be careful, this is fake service. when you ordered and paid, driver would not show up or answer your call. you will not even get refund. Better block your payment. Google must take down this apps before many people are being the victim. Do not believe feedback from customer service, they will write response just as lips service cause they just robbed you.
