Compatibility:
Mysa for Electric Baseboard Heaters works with high voltage baseboard, convector (short cycle), fan-forced convector (long cycle), and radiant ceiling heating systems.
Mysa for Electric In-Floor Heating works with most high voltage electric in-floor heating systems and flooring types.
Mysa for Air Conditioners replaces remotes with displays for most ductless mini-split heat pump, window, or portable air conditioners.

5 ★ Awesome app/system! The touch control on the device itself used to be a big laggy, but since a recent update, now it's really smooth. I'm super happy about it overall! The only thing I would like to be able to customize, is to set a range of when the heater should turn on, and up to what temperature it should be on. My mysa is just above the heater (don't have the choice) and turns on/off too frequently, which is a bit annoying when watching tv.
1 ★ Great app and thermostat, but can't close out of it on my Galaxy S10. Have to force close it still. Also heat will not shut down when I click on off. Have to leave app up for a few minutes on screen and still having issues turning it off then. Please fix.
4 ★ Overall great app. Enjoying it. Found 2 minor issues. The app doesn't close on Samsung S10. Have to force it. Also under the Energy tab, the reported kWh seem to be incorrect for 240V heaters (maybe doesn't read the 110V/240V setting?). Also would be nice to have control over firmware upgrades.
2 ★ Onboarding experience sucks. App crashes immediately upon submitting account sign up details. *Edit: Once geofencing has been enabled, the notification persists even after geofencing is removed from the app. Clearly a bug.
5 ★ Awesome app that lets me control my thermostats fron my phone! The new scheduling update is fantastic; its very easy to create actions for multiple devices on multiple days now. Worth it!
3 ★ Quite a buggy app - it crashes if you attempt to change target temperature on a thermostat that is offline or if you go to energy for newly connected thermostat that doesn't have enough history.
2 ★ Have to update the temperature multiple times because it will keep resetting to the previous value. It also wont turn off immediately even after temp update or esp when I turn it off completely.
4 ★ The new schedule copy feature helps out with my seasonal routine changes. It would be nice to add some AI in the future.

3 ★ Please give us the option in the schedules to turn off heat. I work different hours than the app suggests. And the app is costing me more than usual.
5 ★ Very good product. Works great with baseboard heaters.
2 ★ geofencing doesnt work, only when you open the app.

3 ★ Inconsistent. I wish it had some spinner or indication that a change has registered. There have been many occasions when I changed the temperature in the app only to find it hasn't actually changed it on the thermostat. The app is clearly doing something in the background since there's a lag before it updates. I would rather wait for the change to take than be surprised later that it hasn't.
2 ★ Inconsistent. When changing wifi settings, you have to re-link each Mysa unit (baseboard). It seems you a notice that is not connected anymore and gives you the option to fix the connection. After putting the unit in pairing mode, the app just doesn't work correctly (0/2... that's 0% success rate or 100% fail rate. Not good. Not acceptable.). It goes in a loop. You have to completely delete it from the app then add as a new device and HOPE it works (1/2 so far... that's a 50% fail rate).
