1 ★ First time everything was OK. But with booking of my husband he was blocked in a few minutes after payment by app and money didn't come back. App said, that they will send us a letter, but nothing is happened. We wrote to support and still no answer. It is not good practice to leave people in foreign country without banch of money :( be careful
5 ★ I was total satisfied at the end of our journey. The Captain Santiago was a complete joy and cool guy. started on time. helped us board and we departed one time (4hrs). the ride was comfortable and relaxing. I definitely recommend this yacht and Captain.
1 ★ I booked a pontoon boat with a jet ski for one day. The owner was having issues with the pontoon, understandable. Owner gave us 2 jet skis for the price of one with extra time. Upon contacting getmyboat for my refund, their constant excuse was that they couldn't get in contact with the owner. I was able to pick up the phone, text or call and he would get back to me. Took 2 weeks for them to get in contact with him after he told me he had done so. Save yourself the trouble and rent from marinas.

3 ★ I tried to accept a booking on this app but after multiple attempts it kept telling me that my credit card information was wrong. I called support and they told me that my security code was wrong but my Google autofill told me it was correct. After that I went to the website, Google autofilled everything again and it worked. Seems to be a problem with the app. I love the idea but the app needs more work. I used the Android app.
