5 ★ After reading all the bad comments I decided to leave my review. Which is; I could not rate this service enough. My husband and I decided to give it a go as we are always seeing the delivery drivers out and about on their bikes. Service was incredible. Delivery was 15 minutes after we ordered and everything we ordered was there. Will definitely keep using this fantastic service. Thank you, you didn't just Getir you got here. I hope they continue a great service and the bad comments improve!!!
1 ★ Very bad experience, not just that they don't have English live support, they dont make the effort to even call to try to understand, many times they have sent the items wrong or missing, many times they have called for finding the house which is very clear in the description. I will not use this app again it is annoying.
1 ★ I've had to come back and change my review- at first it was great! NOW if I want to shop with a promotion it keeps telling me the que is full and can't place my order! I've wasted so much time trying to get into this que but no luck! I've tried complaining but have been told high shopper volume. I think the promotions are for show and they block orders by saying the que is full when they advertise the promotion. Anyone else experienced the same?
1 ★ Everytime I go to order it won't allow me to, then it says the que Is full and I try to keep ordering but it just says the same thing then I lose the promotion this app needs major fixing I have also called the support team 4 times and emailed them and still the app doesn't work and when I take to the support all they say is it's a technical issue. PLEASE FIX!!!
1 ★ I downloaded the app one year ago and it was great at first, then many things started happening: 1- Messing up the orders and receiving the wrong items or missing items, many times I'd notice missing items that I order and never received 2- Getting charged twice or even three times on the same orders and their support takes weeks to answer 3- Live support chat are sometimes rude and will leave the chat while you're talking Uninstalling...
5 ★ I just downloaded the App 25 minutes ago, created an account, ordered and got my order already!! I have never been this much satisfied with an online delivery service before! I really hope they keep the quality at this level.
2 ★ It sent order to my previous address, and I have been waiting for all along. My last order was on my new address, why this app does not select the last order address by default. Terrible UI/UX, leave alone all other problems saying that they come, yet they will it arrive for another 30 minutes.
1 ★ Was offered a 15€ discount on my first order so I decided to try it. First, the iDeal payment didn't work so i paid and the order did not go through - waiting to get that money back. Then i ordered again with cc and only 11€ were discounted. When I wrote to customer service they said everything was correct. Something went wrong on ever step. What a horrible app. Delivery was fast tho
5 ★ Only been using since May but i'm so impressed, even if i have to queue its only for 5 minutes. Drivers always helpful and polite. So easy to use and i made a suggestion for something to be added and within 2 days it was. Amazing !!!!!
1 ★ Previously I gave a good review but from past 4 to 5 days I been trying to buy things from their App but their not allowing me and it says the queue is too long and can't place my order and asked me to come back later and when I came back later or next day their saying the same thing. I think its because I added the discounts thats why their not allowing so they think maybe out of frustration i might order it with full price which I wont 👎👎👎👎👎
1 ★ Would have given 5 stars a few weeks ago but now because of a technical issue I've been told I now cannot order anything because apparently the queue is too full. Very disappointed that this is taking so long to deal with this issue.
2 ★ Edit third experience: I have been trying to place another order for the past MONTH and it says that the queue is full due to high order volumes. I've been trying a couple of times! If you cannot scale it to more than a couple orders then it's not a very feasible business model. Very smooth first experience but second one disappointed me.
1 ★ Great concept, mediocre implementation!! Inconsistent selection (presumably due to holding low stock), ETA is meaningless, often completely fake as there are no couriers so ETA simply unachievable, need to be more honest with customers. On the positive side, (most!) couriers and fast and friendly.
5 ★ This is fantastic brilliant service for people who can't leave the house people more children who work from home we're just don't have to time to shop and the products are excellent and very good quality the Promotion discount is fantastic
1 ★ This is a scam app. You order and pay and they don't deliver your groceries. Getir knows more than 24 hours about their Ideal Payment problem but keep their shop open and let customers order, pay but it is impossible for them to deliver the groceries. That is called a scam. Technical problems are understandable, abusing your customers and holding their money is definitely is not. I will make a formal complaint with Google Play and Apple and request to remove this scam app from their platforms.
