2 ★ Works well at first but consistently s The audio will not work. I need to co,poetry reset ,y tablet to fix the problem.
3 ★ I give the cam 5☆ but the app 1☆. The camera is awesome! The app worked great when I first got it now its not showing any alerts at all. Good thing I was setting right next my baby in the crib because he rolled over face down and couldn't breathe. Not one chirp from the cubo app. I thought maybe it needed to be updated but nope it's up to date.🤷♀️
3 ★ I love the cubo ai but lately the sound for live stream isn't working. I updated the app so it worked again for like 2 weeks and now no sound again.
1 ★ Newest annoyance: a pop up advertising a referral program. But there are many long standing issues: the full screen camera mode is cropped. The Zoom gesture doesn't work properly (always zoom towards the middle). The timeline to go back in time interferes with the android system gesture to go the the last app. The background audio is useless (it should only turn on when there's noise detected). Sleep analysis is only available for 2 days. No dark mode (c'mon, it's made to be used at night)...
3 ★ Great when it is working camera is great 👍. But when the app down its very frustrating. Just got kicked out of the app and disconnected from the family access and my husband's phone (main account) gets black screen/app will not load. Reinstalled app a couple times... trying again.
2 ★ The camera works great when the app works....but the App NEVER works. It loads to a black screen, won't give alerts. It creates more anxiety than it helps because you can't rely on it to provide notifications
5 ★ Excellent sound, camera quality, and features. The camera is better quality than our indoor Nest cam, we used it t I record the first time our baby sat up! We love our Cubo so much, when we have the next baby we will be purchasing a second Cubo so everyone is covered and safe!
2 ★ Unreliable app, it is forever crashing. Very frustrating when your baby is sleeping and you're unable to use the app.

1 ★ We juat bought cubo and it refuses to let us create an account on the app ... we feel like we wasted almost 300 quid!!!!
2 ★ Love the camera, hate the app. I have to hard close the app every time I open it for it to recognize the camera and then it takes ages to finally connect. Once the picture is finally showing on my screen, often times the screen will go black or just freeze completely and I'll have to close it again. Very rarely will this app work correctly the first time I open it. It's so frustrating when you buy an expensive camera and are not even able to use it properly. Please get this fixed!!
4 ★ The device is now working as intended after sometime with customer service. Only remaining issue is that the microphone seems to have a noise filter on it so if you use any kind of sound machine you may not be able to use audio with this device unless your baby cries louder than the other sounds in the room. Not a huge deal just would be nice to be able to tune the noise filtration.
3 ★ For grandparents like me the app is good if you only want to see the grandchildren of one of your kids. But if you have 2 kids that live separately and each one of them has a Cubo Camera for each of their children, everytime i go to baby sit eother of the grandchildren i have to femove an account and add another account. This back and forth is annoying. I wish i can have multiple accounts on one app.
