1 ★ Flown Eurowings many times over the years. Every time it is impossible to check in when part of a group booking. Very poor app It's been almost a year since my review. Unbelievably, It's STILL not possible to checkin as part of a group. If BA can do it, why not Eurowings?? Come one EW, get your finger out!
1 ★ Eurowings is hands down the worst flight organization I have ever had the chance of flying with. The amount of lying and corruption going on is absolutely unreal. Do NOT fly with them. I look forward to suing them. I'd give it 0 stars if I could
2 ★ Horrible design makes this app unpleasant. The check-in is prompted twice, onve 24h ahead and once 3 houra ahead. Then there is no information about gate or terminal leading to stress since info stamped on the boarding pass paper seem incorrect.
4 ★ The app it's quite intuitive and easy to use. Booking a flight is straightforward, although I don't fancy the feature of automatically blocking the airport search while looking for the nearest airport. I would prefer to make this non-blocking, as I usually know the airport code and don't like waiting... Also, the separation between actual and expired boarding passes could be made clearer, and a feature for deleting multiple expired boarding passes would really help. I'd give it 4.5 stars.
1 ★ The app is generally quite nice. But it almost gave me a cardiovascular event when it deleted my booking and boarding pass just before I wanted to to enter security. Nowhere to be found. By chance I happened to be just in time for check in at a counter finally using a paper boarding pass. Seriously, this is unforgivable. I really would have missed my flight. @EuroWings: Happy to share more details with you if asked.
1 ★ Truly awful. We can't book seats together. None of the payment methods work (PayPal wasn't available). No error message, just dumped back onto the search page. App looks like it was designed by a 5 year old and behaves like one too. Strange navigation choices. Maybe test it with real people rather than let the devs do what they think is right.
1 ★ The "check in now" button usually leads to a new flight booking page. After clicking on it 50 times or more, it may eventually get to the check-in page. Another 50 clicks and you might be able to actually check in. From here it mostly leads to a "booking pending" page. I had to add additional services then and this required me to check out!! Had to repeat the whole process again. Most frustrating app ever. Can you get tips from the Ryanair app developers, please? You're shite.
2 ★ This app has design flaws. First, you can't add your boarding pass to your wallet so increases inconvenience. Biggest flaw is the boarding pass in the app itself, you can actually view previous boarding passes with the QR code which is incredibly confusing as it won't show a date and expired or used ones should be greyed out. Not impressed with the app at all.
2 ★ not very easy to use if you want to book special assistance as you 'check out' and lose your seats!
1 ★ Having spent the last month of frustration, uninstalling app after app to find the culprit, I finally found that this is the one which causes a persistent alarm using the API which is set way in advance and deep in the settings. I will not be installing the app again for this reason, and I urge the developers to change this method of notification. Otherwise, it would get a much better review.
3 ★ Easy to navigate but does not update and deleted my check in again. Checked in the day before but when at security I had to do it again bc it was gone. Sitting at the airport and the flight is delayed and the gate changed. The app says the flight is on time and still tells me the old gate. And this is about 30 minutes after I got a text, email and the announcement. I'd kinda expect the app to tell me this first. Especially in cases where one is not at the airport yet.
1 ★ Online checkin useless. Got an email to check in, sent me to a web page, check in successful, app knows nothing about my flight. Even when I try to add my ticket + name or confirmation# + name, it says no such ticket exists.
4 ★ Quite easy to use App. Efficient airline.
1 ★ Well, similar to the website, the app has quite a few bugs and the user experience is terrible. Who likes to see errors like "Something has gone wrong."?
1 ★ New to eurowings and so far not that impressed. It seems the PayPal integration is broken. I ended up paying directly by credit card and that itself was very clunky. For example why ask for the card type when this can be deduced from the credit card number. Update: Two out of my four flights cancelled due to COVID-19. Followed refund link in the emails. Website said to allow 7 days. Still no refund 6 weeks on. Have contacted customer service - no reply apart from the automated responses!
