4 ★ Overall, it's a good app but there are certain flaws.Major one among them is that answers of the objective questions given in the app are wrong at many places.It creates confusion in the mind of students during the test. At certain moment, student starts thinking that the teacher is wrong. Though it's the problem in the app.
5 ★ The app is very slow. I was setting up my profile but pressed a wrong key. It took too much time but I could not go to the next page. The keys do not respond while it is searching. I uninstalled the app. Again installed it but I couldn't log in till now. So much time has been wasted. Please have a look. Thanks for the help.
1 ★ i had a very bad experience , i paid 1k and kept giving demos , never got selected , my 1k deposit is not being refunded because they want me to keep giving demos till i get selected for the next 6 months (initially it was 3 months now they say it is 6) and thats not happening because they lie to the parents about my experience in teaching , this app is a huge trap , even if you get selected you wont be paid enough and trust me you waste uour time spend your money and get nothing in return .
1 ★ Worst tutoring service available.. They give a nice demo with the tutor and then once you book sessions everything changes. They do not respond to issues and concerns raised about tutors. Pathetic tutors are being hired by them with no experience of teaching. I booked session with them all was ok for a week or so and then suddenly it changed. The tutor was a really dumb lady with no experience of teaching small kids. Took random abd adhoc leaves and kept using her phone while in the session.
5 ★ Had good experience with this app because of it's unique tech base used for attendance marking and getting more opportunities to teach students in nearest vicinity. Right match for tutor to parents with this app. Great earning potential. Highly recommended.
5 ★ My sister has been using the app for a year now and she referred me to this. I was hesitant but the when I installed it, I found it to be very well designed and user-friendly. They even called me back to explain me about the process and help me have a better experience. Excellent process.
1 ★ assign 3 to 4 queries to me but before getting feedback from parents they(genext) send another tutor to same location due to that parents get confused. As a tutor I have been teaching since 2008 and 99.99% all assignment are successful. By the way I want to mention hare that I could not converted any query according to you but you are wrong every assignment I had completed except one only parents called me and requested to teach their child. the difference is only you loss your business

Online attendance marking is one of the best feature for track our Timing and Payment also very frequently. coordination with students and teachers is not frequent..plz update this feature Over all very nice group

1 ★ It's so so so bad..... The profile is not being able to complete.... From last an hour it's been showing that server error and server error after booking the time slots for the session. I was expecting more.
5 ★ I am a tutor with Genext. Am really happy to work with Genext, lots of training programs are there for tutors and parenting workshop for parents. Never had any issue with my payment everything is very smooth and perfect.
