5 ★ Good This is my second day of using the app and I like everything so far. I feel like the app pushes you forward but not too hard. I am starting from almost no experience and this app walks me through everything from warm up to cool down. It tracks my weight loss progress and adjusts to my preferences. Definitely a good alternative to workout, if you’re not that much into exercise.

1 ★ The thing that pisses me off is that I already have a subscription to one of their fitness apps. So being forced to pay a SECOND subscription ontop of the one I already have to the same developer is incredibly unnecessary and infuriating. It is only a walking plan. It should be free or attached to one of the main fitness apps. Yet another fitness developer that is completely stupid and brainless because they think with only their pockets and not their brain. Sad. Very sad.

5 ★ Love the app! It is super easy to use and has lots of cool features like the tracker and personal walking plan, and reminder. It also tells you how many calories you burn, which I find very cool, cause that motivates me to walk even more, and you basically can track your progress. I think it’s the perfect app for those who want to lose weight but don't like going to the gym. I have also noticed that now I spend more time outside in the fresh air and am even happier. I 100% recommend this app!

5 ★ Great app I absolutely love this app, and it is a good guide for anyone wishing to get rid of excess pounds with walking. It makes a personal program for you, which is adjusted to your body parameters and other preferences, and tracks your progress. Get it!

5 ★ Works well Excellent app, tells you all you need to know. It was pretty useful during the lockdown, and tells me all I need to know during the day. Convenient, looks good, I see how far I can walk, and track my progress.

5 ★ I downloaded this app only recently, and so far it is quite good. I used to not like walking, as I thought that it is a waste of time, but after I started using this app and saw how many calories I actually burn just by walking, I changed my mind. It feels good to check how much time you work out and how many calories you burn at the end of the day. 5 out of 5.

5 ★ I am not used to walking a lot, but this app really does it for me! Great idea, and great execution. All the features are very useful. Helps you keep track of how much you walk, and I have even noticed that I lost 4 pounds since I started using it.

5 ★ If you're interested in how you can use walking, which is a low impact and proven way to lose and maintain weight, to reach your goals - check out this app! It takes into consideration your current stats & your goals to create your personalized program, and then the program will tell you when to walk moderately or fast, alternating between the two and endcapped by warm up/cool down. My step goal is an attainable amount daily, and meeting step goals along with considering calories works for me!

5 ★ This is the perfect app for me! I like to walk and spend a lot of time exercising. The app shows how many calories I burned, how much time I spent walking and the distance. It has all you could ask for from an app like this. I've been using it for 3 weeks now, and am very glad I downloaded it. Certainly the best!

5 ★ Personally, I enjoy this app. I am disabled and suffer much back pain so I am limited on treadmill walking. This app gives me enough variety of plans to follow to allow me to be more active and to shoot for a goal.

5 ★ I find this app the simplest and easiest to use, switched to it from another one. It’s definitely more convenient. I use it mostly to track my calories and distance I walk.

5 ★ I am doing the 3 day free trial and I totally love it. The app is awesome but i dont see myself paying $10/month for walking. I will just brisk walk for an hour outside.

1 ★ App NOT free.. you input your info for free but you have to pay to get the "plan." There is a 7-day free trial but when it wanted my billing information I quickly hit the "hell-to-the-F-no-button' and went back to read the reviews. Thank goodness because it doesn't look like anyone is getting a refund for believing they are trying the "free trial".
