Description
As a Dubai citizen or resident sponsor, you can
o Apply for a visit visa for your relatives
o Use the smart gates at the airport with the app if you are registered already for the gates
o Apply for a residence entry permit for your family members (Wife and Children)
o Apply for new residence for your family members (after they have arrived in the UAE with a residence entry permit)
o Renew residence permits for your family members
o Transfer your residence to your new passport
o Check your residence and entry permit status
o Apply for fee refund for refused applications and warranty refund for entry permits
o Apply for canceling resident for any sponsored under your sponsorship
o You can generate the “travel status report” and the list of people you sponsor (“sponsor and sponsored report”)
As a Dubai citizen, you additionally can
o Request a new or renew your UAE passport
As a tourist arriving in Dubai, you can
o Extend your on arrival visa
As a company registered in Dubai, you can:
o View the list of individuals your organization sponsors

3 ★ There's a bug in the app. When checking the status of residency, it shows the expiry date one month later than the actual expiry date
1 ★ Not working! Registration is crisis. I couldn't login or register or retrieve any information!
3 ★ App is good, but for some reason i cannot change my profile picture. It keeps showing the old one. and it has a couple of bugs and glitches which needs to be resolved. i'm sure your firebase console is showing these errors!
1 ★ I am having a very bad experience with this app. I have been trying to login into this app but it logs me out as soon as I click on any service. I have logged the complaint many times to fix this issue but my complaint is closed without resolving the issue. Once I am able to use the app properly I will update the rating accordingly.
1 ★ "Could not find profile with given details" is the system message everytime I got when I tried to sign up for the app. I tried several times by scanning my Emitates Id and also manually entered my Id number and date of birth but couldn't sign up hence left trying anymore.
1 ★ Unable to renew residence of my second wife. The app gives the message that I cannot sponsor more than one wife whereas both of my wives already have residence. I was able to process the same by visiting AMER service Centre.
4 ★ this is game changer, this is 21 century and UAE's commitment to smart government initiative. One of the best government app ever to deliver the services on your doorstep. I am extremely impressed as this has saved me time and money. Its fast, convenient and responsive app, I have minus one star only due to lack of English translation of some content, and lack of information or push notifications or sms once visa is processed, and how passport will get visa affixed.
1 ★ Service guide not available. Areas lists under cities is not complete. Info tabs should be available against each option to elaborate the rendered services. Can not risk to renew my spouse visa through this application.
3 ★ Had a smooth journey two years back. Trying to renew my spouse's visa for the past few days, but showing an error message "Something went wrong. Please try again later.". Please fix the issue
5 ★ Dubai is really becoming smart city on the earth. I had wow experience applying residence entry permit via this app received the evisa in couple hours. Really its hassle free process and more over dedicated support team is there to guide you when you need help. Good job👍
1 ★ Not upto the mark.. I read in news that one can apply for renewal of residence visa through this app. But nothing like that. The date system for knowing status is pathatic... Dont waste time on this app.. Really disappointed

1 ★ Can't even register, entering date of birth alone takes 5 minutes, can't view verify email on a phone, verify email link doesn't even work.
2 ★ How could you enter mother birthday by clicking back page till you find the year! Rubbish app that doesn't allow self key in .
