1 ★ the last month has been horrible! My internet has been out for 12 hours everyday! Everytime i call i get 'we are working on the issue before we can get to yours' I highly doubt an issue lasts a month straight!
1 ★ Always down for maintenance. Ive reinstalled multiple times but when I try to open it says GCI is down. I'm forced to login via desktop where it works just fine.
2 ★ Takes forever to load anything (if it even loads). I'm on an s22 Ultra, so it should load decently fast. It's always been an issue no matter what phone was used. Needs to update ap for better performance. Also all these 4 and 5 star ratings gotta be bots lol
1 ★ This is the slowest app known to man. I was like could ask my teenagers to do something, listen to them huff, then they finally do the task and the information still would not have loaded.
1 ★ Doesn't load and infinite load when trying to login.
