App permissions

GO Notifier 2.8 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an application to read SMS messages.

Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.

Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.

Must be required by an AccessibilityService, to ensure that only the system can bind to it.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an application to read the user's call log.

4 ★ My republic wireless phone (Moto G) came without any frills. Adding the Go launcher prime and this notifier made a big difference in look and feel of my phone. I found that The Go Prime Launcher will remove the app icon and place it in the all plug ins area (Swipe left after pressing the three dots on the bottom). Not that there are really all that many settings to adjust. Odd but yes does not work with hangouts despite saying it does. Messenger works normally. It also doesn't work with outlook either.

2 ★ On xperia z3 compact. Only works for Messaging (SMS). The count for whatsapp is incorrect. It's almost random, can't figure out any logic. No unread count at all for wechat. Please fix it as I love GO Launcher a lot and GO Notifier only works with the Launcher... Will give 5 stars if fixed.

1 ★ After updating to the current version on my Nexus 5, the counters for the notifications do not reset when things have been read for yahoo mail, WhatsApp and Facebook. For some reason Gmail is ok. Seems like not enough testing has been done. Please fix this issue asap.

4 ★ I just noticed something. I tried to put all my emails in 1 drawer and it doesnt notify the folder itself but there is notification inside the folder. Example. I put yahoomail/gmail/outlook in 1 folder but it didnt notify me outside instead notify only the gmail app. I tested all my social network to put in 1 drawer and it works it give me notification outside the folder aside giving notification from the specific apps that received message. Pls try to fix this. Thanks.

3 ★ it's good but has problem. it helps to show notification on go launcher, that's cool and if there's a message then I can see a red bubble inside written 1. and I am like wow, then I open message, reply, go back to home page and still I can see that little red bubble showing there is one new message,but I have already opened that message and replied. then I open go notifier and disable the notification and again turn it on and then the red bubble disappears and again the same thing happens. plz fix it.......

4 ★ It works to have the numbers pop up on whichever app u have a notification, i just wish there was a way to get the Go Notifications info off of my actual notification/status bar. Most apps have their own status bar notifications. I just downloaded it to be able to see the numbers on the individual app. Kind of annoying but overall ok (lg g3)

2 ★ Although it is very good that it showing notifications but they didn't refresh when some notification read out. For example- if i received 2 messages on WhatsApp and both are read out, then these notifications notifier still shown. They can't update

2 ★ Since I did the update my notifications are not working. I uninstalled and reinstalled a few times, even cleared my cache. I turn on the Go Notifier under accessibility but the menu is to select specific apps is not popping open. Please advise! Thank you

2 ★ I'm running this in a Samsung galaxy s4 with lollipop 5.01 and although notification count now work - they don't disappear. So once I've read my whatsapp message a unread count is still there and doesn't go away till I restart phone. Please fix these thanks

2 ★ The notifier only works well for text, call and gmail. For other apps like whatsapp, twitter, instagram, wechat etc the notifications appear but unfortunately without any reasons they did not. And the notifications for the apps are all untick by themselves, i dont know why and i dont like it to constantly tick all the apps again and again.

1 ★ I select all available apps to show notifications and several times a day I have to go in and reselect them as they someone get unselected. This applies to the apps that require Accessibility like Facebook and the Samsung Email app. Very frustrating.

1 ★ After the lollipop update this app is not working properly, its buggy. The message count doesnt go away after I read the messages. I have almost a 100 message count when I have already read my messages, especially in what's up and yahoo mail. Fix this alreadyyyyyy!

1 ★ Hi, my phone screen is locked somehow after I turn on the GO notifier accessibility setting. The screen is locked and i cant do anything about it. (not even can switch off the phone) Please help me. Phone: Xiaomi Mi3

1 ★ Go Launcher Z is fantastic but Go Notifier does not work with it on my Note 4. If it worked I'd give it 5 star. Please fix issues and this will be a fantastic app. Go Launcher Z also gets one star until it becomes compatible with notifications. Disappointed :(

1 ★ I get the badge notification and the badge won't go away unless I restart the phone. If fixed it's 5 star. Samsung Edge plus. I love all of go's apps except this one. The point is to let me know when i have something new. But i can't tell if the red bubbles never go away.
