1 ★ I had problems with pairing the equipment, I called customer service and they told me to download the update. I did it as I was told and it was worse now it connects, but it allows me to perform any type of command.
3 ★ Not to bad for the price. I wish it had a 14 hour countdown at the start of the day instead of having to guess when my 14 is up for the day.
2 ★ Error after error. No customer support that helps.
5 ★ Usually I save Dvir report and hos report daily, reports are going to document folder, but since 1/23/21, I couldn't find reports in this folder. Where to set folder?
4 ★ So far good. I would like to see how much time I have on my 14 hr instead of hours gained tomorrow or remaining 70

4 ★ Sometimes when I start the engine, the ELD puts me in driving status, even when I'm not moving. The new rule is not compleat. It automatically puts me in driving status after just 5 mph (I would like it to be at least 10 mph). After every hour I drive, it shows my odometer and number of hours the engine has been running, but the numbers it shows are wrong. Also, I wish it wouldn't show anything at all, since it is not mandatory. It is not nesesary to show each time when the engine start/off.
1 ★ The most useless tool. One morning it stopped connecting to my phone and hasn't since. I am moving to keep trucking, I had it before and never did this. Mind you my adapter is practically new. Never waste money on this too good to be true product.
2 ★ Finally connectivity issue has been fixed. It is a bit complicated not very user-friendly but once you learn how to work it it actually works. Way to go Garmin for fixing the bugs.
4 ★ Overall good. Sometimes the dongle looses connection, but usually picks up within minutes.
1 ★ Bluetooth won't connect to my tablet anymore. This is unacceptable! I would give it zero stars if I could. Your updates have turned this into JUNK! I have been using this ELD for over a year now and have next to no issues with it until now. I purchased your ELD because it had the capability to connect with my Garmin Dezel, which it does nicely. You say this is FMCSA approved, I highly doubt they would keep you on the "approved" list knowing it has a major glitch. What are you doing to fix it??
1 ★ Device and app still has a lot of issues, none of the updates seem to fix them. Why doesn't Garmin add a feature for the driver to link the device directly to the phone via USB and create a dump of the raw data on the device to send to Garmin for diagnostic purposes. Why isn't there a report issue feature on the app?? Why should I have to make a phone call for every issue or go through my carrier?
1 ★ For a free app you are definitely getting what you pay for. I have had the elog app and device since it first came out. Every update seems to make it worse. Do not expect it to do basic math correctly like subtraction or addition. It will show your miles for the day as 9999999. Make me the fastest truck on the planet. It will also add miles to your day arbitrarily. No rhyme or reason. After the second day out it will disconnect and beep for hours on end but it still shows you legal.
4 ★ I'm having issues with it shutting off. I'm not sure if it is the phone or elogs. But it is getting crazy. Sometimes it will be fine for a few hrs then sometimes every few minutes. I have to unplug it under the dashboard for it to connect to the phone. Always something about the Bluetooth. Had this from the start .really like this. Started this when it needed an update Thanks it worked out. Had to reset phone 5 times. But the update finally stuck. Thanks for your help.
1 ★ Since new hours of service update , while I'm in personal conveyance it takes time away from the "drive hours until violation" line, even on my days off when i'm just taking the truck to the shop for repairs. It also constantly disconnects from my tablet. I've had this eld from the start of enforcement and never had these issues before the update.
