App permissions

Connect IQ™ Store 2.33.1 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.

Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.

Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an app to access approximate location.

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

1 ★ absolute garbage, this pisses me off, for an 800$ watch I expect to be able to perform simple tasks, such as put music on it, connect to wifi, or even to the app, but the idiots who manage this application in no way test this because it doesn't work. I have to soft reset the watch constantly when trying to do anything, and that's unacceptable for the ridiculous prices they charge for their equipment.

2 ★ There needs to be better organization and filtering for the available apps. The app itself is very bare bones. Additionally, there are very few free watch faces available & I've seen worrying reviews that some free faces have been used to lock a watch & blackmail users to release it. More security is absolutely necessary.

4 ★ Great app so far, works well with lots of options. Rated 4 stars because it asked me to rate it before I had much of a chance to use it, but so far it works well.

2 ★ It is hard to find apps because the descriptions are not displayed. The search is also slow and gives false matches. It doesn't match all the search criteria. Face it sucks.

5 ★ Generally clear and easy to use. I'd have to say I'm happy with the overall experience so far... I've had the same garmin satnav for the last 6-7 years and recently got a forerunner 45. Glad I got another bit of tech from them.

1 ★ App seems to crash every time I change a watch face. I get an "!" on my watch and then I have to uninstall and reinstall the app over and over again.

5 ★ Great spot to grab some custom watch faces and 3rd party apps to get more out of what is already a feature packed watch. I just upgraded to the Fenix 6s however, my forerunner 245 worked great and I almost never had a problem working with the app.

2 ★ The app is great but gets a low rating because it requires a solid internet connection to function. Yes, I understand browsing for themes and apps needs the internet, but why should I need internet to manage the settings for themes and apps on my device? Fix this and I'll change my review.

3 ★ Not as great as I thought it would be. Face it (watch face maker) is a bit of a let down. Basic preloaded dials with a custom image

5 ★ I would like to see some filtering. I'm tired of scrolling for just the Garmin stuff vs what other people create. So if I want to just see the stuff Garmin makes that would be most appreciated.

5 ★ so far, so good. everything I've loaded to my garmin vivioactive 3 is spot on. I work law enforcement and am very hard on my personal accessories. I only tried garmin 4 years ago because of a warranty issue with fit-bit. I love garmin and have outfitted my wife, my wrist and 2 vehicles with their products. my money as a soul breadwinner means alot to me. thank you garmin

1 ★ Navigation is awful, constantly says install but no Internet connection when I am clearly on my wifi. Also the install doesn't even work when I do get it to work without saying no internet connection. They need to fix their bugs and maybe I would redownload for now uninstalled.

2 ★ No wonder ppl buy inexpensive activity watches The are many preset apps (even for SUP), but nothing for something like cross training If you type two words, the results are for A or B, not A and B, lmao at Garmin No filter for paid and free apps I am sure there are other shortcomings...

5 ★ Rock solid app for me. Gives some great insights, especially around sleep data and heart function. Integrates well with MyFitnessPal App. I like the custom watch faces available for my Garmin Forerunner 245.

2 ★ In store, when I click on More from this developer it open list of apps from chosen developer. Problem is, when I scroll down, after few scrolls it show No results for More from this developer. Tried to reinstall the app with no results. Fix that bug please.
