1 ★ Been out a year, still not possible to create valid lists for multiple armies I play. Unlocked codex with a code, rules are cut off mid sentence. Can't use app for reference mid game without adding 10-15 minutes to your play time as you can't output your (again not valid) list to a format with inline rules. For real, it's time to consider the time and money spent on this app a learning experience and start over by outsourcing to a competent app developer

1 ★ You can look at lots of little padlock images as a free user (and guides that explain the stuff that's locked away)... so essentially the app is free but completely useless as you have to pay a subscription to use it.

1 ★ This app doesn't let me pay for the subscription through Google play. And then it refuses to accept my payment method, just saying that "something went wrong." Guys, use Google's payment system. I have it set up for a reason. So app gets 1 star unless/until they fix their payment system.

3 ★ I have spent probably around three grand on this Warhammer stuff for my kid and I to have an activity to do together. Some people spend way more than I have. It's a decent game, we have fun and I get the commitment to it. However, after purchasing expensive plastic models, assembling them, and effing painting them to code so they are "legal" - all the GD paints, and buying all of the required hard back books, dice, etc., here's my beef with the app. This app should be free in entirety (based on previously purchased content) for people who buy all the supporting shi* to go with the game after providing proof of purchase. I own the printed content for all of our purchased stuff and can send the proofs of purchase as I am sure everyone else can. The app itself is designed nicely, the developer and designer did a good job. The subscription process should be within the app / app store, not a secondary offsite transaction. That process needs to be simplified. Lose the pay to play mentality with your paying customers. I already have to take an aspiring before playing the game because of all of the rules reading back and forth...making me pay for access to something I already own, moves me into two beers town.

1 ★ The app is barely functional. I can see some basic rules and other text displays. But any time I try to look at a datasheet or build an army, the app crashes. Not even an error message with proper handling and go on your way. It just brings the whole app down because of god knows what. Why would anyone want to use this over a free alternative that works? Including this app subscription with Warhammer+ is actually a detriment to Warhammer+. Having this poorly produced of an application attached to a new product just shows how poorly the rest of the products could be. And they are also threatening a new AoS app that will likely be just as bad.

1 ★ GW has had plenty of time to fix the glaring issues with this app. I can only come to the conclusion that it's annoying to use strictly because they want you to think this is your only option for rules on mobile, give up, and buy a book. Don't. Use BattleScribe.

1 ★ The app worked decently for weeks but then it simply stopped.working when I logged out once. I couldn't log back in, only getting a "Transmitting security Ident" loading screen of death. Tech support was trying to be helpful but I wasted a whole.month of subscription. I know its only a few bucks, but I'll save that few bucks and use Battlescribe.

2 ★ While the site states that you can have acess to some things like Codexes without a subscription, you in fact need a subscription for everything. On that note, a subscription service? What incentive is there to subscribe when you can do all of its functions elsewhere for free? Edit to bump a star: Functionality is much better than at launch, with a better searchable portion of the main rules. The subscription has been halved, but it should still be free.

2 ★ You've had plenty of time to get this app working, it's should not be worse than battsllescribe which is completely free. Even at 1.99 a month I feel ripped off. Limited functionality, half the rules,, wargear missing, list builder doesn't work properly, no game tracker. A pretty UI is about all it has. I couldn't rely on this for tournament use

1 ★ Shame I can't go below a single star. My experience with the app is it poorly opening up a webpage, asking to register, registering, and then forever crashing after hitting the sign in button post registration. This is a joke, and Games Workshop should be ashamed of themselves for releasing such a poor excuse for an app while promising it'll be better. 6/24 update: I tried again after getting my new codex and its still horrendous. The audacity to ask for money to use any part of this trash heap

1 ★ Frustrating and disappointing. Just like everyone else, purchased to help make things easier, just more frustrating than anything. Always telling me I have invalid wargear and that selections are wrong... Even though they are right as I have my codex next to me. This all needs to be fixed before it's any use. I wouldn't pay for this app if I was anyone looking to purchase it until these problems are fixed.

1 ★ Stopped being able to sign on last month. Figured it was a serve issue and to wait it out. Still can't logon. Can't cancel my subscription. GamesWorkshop refuses to respond to my emails. I have to go to my bank and talk them into blocking charges. If I could give it a negative rating I would. Pure scam BS.

2 ★ This is meant to be the official app, its pretty good for making lists and seeing rules. In between restarting the app because IT CRASHES, ALL THE TIME. My phones not the best so I decided to run it on bluestacks, it still crashed. With the latest update I cant even see the units in my list without the app crashing If GW doesnt want 3rd party software to be used, please fix this. Its awful

1 ★ Update july 2021 - now doesn't even load, stuck at transmitting security ident. Update 2nd june 2021. Still not finished being built. Missing basic functionality. Fundamentally flawed as it will delete any saved data rendering the army builder useless. Flashy but impractical. Got better than at launch i guess, but that's not hard to do. And still difficult to unsubscribe from

2 ★ Lost access to the notes I had entered during the army creation process, army lists are only saved locally and don't transfer between devices. It's also frustrating to have to pay for something that I have already bought (all the books other than the core rules).
